Cumpriu as espectativas, localziação central e camas boas e o preço era bom para o que se pretendia
Pros:

Localizado a 5minutos da praça principal, tinha estacionamento dentro do edifício, receberam-nos depois da 1 da manhã porque a recepção está sempre aberta, as camas eram muito confortáveis.

Cons:

O duche é em cima da sanita e do lavatório, pelo que depois do banho a casa de banho fica toda molhada e dificil de utilizar.

Booking rezervasyonu yaptırırken havaalanı transferi dahil gözüküyordu ama oraya vardığımızda bunun olmadığını ısrarla söyledik bizde onlara bookingden gösterdik 2 dakika sonra bookingden bunu kaldırdılar

Location it was good 👍

Cons:

When I checked in and got the card to open the room door, my room wasn't clean, it was with the personal items someone left before us. After 20 minutes, we waited till our room get prepared, we entered in the room and again we found in the bathroom panties( underwear), it was disgusting and disrespectful to us as clients.

Ottima posizione. Abbiamo visto tutta Tirana a piedi

Cons:

Nel bagno non c’era il piatto doccia, ne una tenda per evitare che l’acqua andasse a finire ovunque, quindi dopo aver fatto la doccia tutto il bagno era completamente bagnato

Location and the staff. Particularly the receptionist, Gjerovica, she was an incredible host.
The property also provides parking.

Cons:

Parking should be better managed. I had an emergency departure and had to wait for 20 minutes because someone had parked behind my car.

Pros:

Piccolo ma molto carino , impostato bene nel spazio che ci permetteva di mettere tutto ne loro posto. Aveva tutti servizi necessari per un albergo 3 stelle . Lo staff gentilissimo.Posso dire ottimo per posto nella vicinanza con centro e altre attrazioni della cita . Consigliato!

Cons:

L’unica cosa che si può migliorare parcheggio e un può stretto.

Excellent location, but disappointing cleanliness and housekeeping
Pros:

The hotel has a very central location, with plenty of cafes, bakeries, and restaurants nearby, and it’s only a 5-minute walk to Skanderbeg Square. The room itself was also spacious and comfortable.

Cons:

However, cleanliness was a major issue. The duvet had a lot of hair on it when we arrived. We reported it to the receptionist, who provided a replacement, but unfortunately the second duvet had the same problem. Additionally, the room was not cleaned the following day despite being told it would be.

Serious shortcomings in cleanliness and housekeeping.
