Pros:

Sehr gemütliches Zimmer. Ausreichend groß und schön eingerichtet. Gute Verdunklungsvorhänge. Alles da was man braucht. Sehr gutes Frühstück und freundliches Personal und zuvorkommende Chefin. Alles reibungslos verlaufen.

Sehr freundliches Personal, Frühstück war lecker.
Zimmer trotz des Fensters zur Straße sehr ruhig, Fenster war auf Kipp in der Nacht.
Zimmer hat durch die Einrichtung einen außergewöhnlichen Charme im positiven Sinne.

A localização foi perfeita para a nossa viagem: o hotel fica a menos de 5 minutos a pé de uma estação de trem e a apenas duas paradas do estádio onde fomos ao show dos Backstreet Boys. A equipe preparou o café da manhã com muito carinho, perguntando nossas preferências de bebidas e pratos feitos na hora, como omeletes, além de servirem croissants fresquinhos. O check-in foi super tranquilo, bastando seguir as instruções recebidas por e-mail para retirar a chave. Por fim, o atendimento de toda a equipe foi extremamente amigável e receptivo.

Cons:

Achei o nosso quarto um pouco escuro, o que dificultou para a minha esposa se maquiar, mas foi um detalhe que não chegou a comprometer a nossa estadia.

Cons:

Es war leider sehr dreckig, bzw. War das Bett voller Haare, egal wo mindestens 10 Stück. Im Bad lagen leider auch Haare auf dem Boden und im Waschbecken. Leider wurde das Laminat auch nicht richtig verlegt, kleine stolper gefahr. Als wir eingeschickt haben und dies alles gesehen haben wollten wir eigentlich wieder direkt fahren, aber das wäre zu weit gewesen um nach Hause zu fahren.
