Pros:

Das Frühstück war richtig gut, das Personal sehr nett und bemüht.

Cons:

Im Dachzimmer gab es verschiedene Mängel. Eine Lampe hing nur noch an den Elektrokabeln runter, das kleine Dachfenster im Bad war verschimmelt und ließ sich nur noch einen Zentimeter öffnen. Klar, wie soll man da nach dem Duschen und Toilettengang lüften? Der Fön hatte sicher Altertumswert, keine Leistung, seltsamer Geruch, die Steckdose nur locker in der Wand...

Relaxing, cozy hotel with the comfort of home.
Pros:

It is a wonderfully cozy location very close to the location where I was working. The room had everything I needed and it felt like home away from home. The cafe provides a delicious breakfast in the morning and the staff are very welcoming.

Cons:

It was a little confusing to get into the property because I couldn’t find my PIN code to access my key. However, I used one of the provided phone numbers and the staff assisted me through the process.

Sehr erholsam und die betten waren wirklich sehr gemütlich!
Pros:

Das Personal vor Ort war sehr zuvorkommend und freundlich. Das Frühstück war exzellent!
Die Chefin war auch sehr reaktiv, als wir Probleme hatten, die Zimmerkarte aus dem Automaten zu bekommen.

Cons:

Die Codebox ist etwas schwierig zu händeln..

Pros:

Das Frühstück war sehr liebevoll und einladend. Die Lage war für uns perfekt - zur Messe und zum AquaZoo (sehr schön), Abends sind wir zu Fuß zum Chinesen, welcher sehr zu empfehlen ist

Vielleicht hatten wir einfach Pech mit dem Zimmer... Das kleine Badezimmerfenster war extrem verdreckt, die Handtücher sauber aber voll abgerockt, die Klobürstenhalterung ein Ekel, die Steckdose im Bad war aus der Wand, zwischen den Betten lag weißer Dreck auf dem Boden, vielleicht von der Wand abgeratscht aber definitiv nicht vernünftig gesaugt, die Wandlampe hing an den Kabeln runter, in den Fensterrillen war es stark verschmutzt, das Laken über dem Bettgestell unten war beschmutzt...

Gerne wieder.
Pros:

Super Service. Super seriös. Super freundliches Personal.
Da das Hotel einen Wasserschaden hatte konnten wir leider nicht wie geplant übernachten. Wir wurden rechtzeitig informiert, mussten kurzfristig umbuchen aber dafür wurden wir am nächsten Tag zum Frühstück eingeladen. Ein super Service. Beim nächsten Mal werden wir bestimmt wieder das Hotel buchen. Freuen uns schon darauf.

Genoten van een midweek niet heel ver van het oude stadscentrum.

Lekker geslapen met plussen en een min.
Pros:

Hier geboekt omdat we vroeg moesten vertrekken vanuit vliegveld Düsseldorf. Dag voor aankomst werd onze vertrektijd naar een uur eerder gewijzigd en we niet zouden kunnen ontbijten .
Inchecken ging via een code via mail toegestuurd. Helemaal prima ; had alleen niet gelezen dat er geen lift aanwezig was. 🧐We sliepen op de 3e verdieping . Niet handig met koffers de trappen op slepen🥴. We hebben de grote koffers beneden kunnen laten staan maar was ‘s ochtends wel even onhandig met inpakken ( toiletspullen ). de bedden sliepen prima ! Het was te vroeg voor een ontbijt (06.10 uur ) maar er was al iemand aanwezig die de broodjes al had gebakken en voor ons wat beleg heeft gesneden. We kregen voor onderweg nog een bekertje koffie mee Echt super . De volgende keer met koffers vragen we een kamer beneden 😉.
