Excellent location for a hotel with super helpful & friendly staff
Pros:

Unbeatable location... and very useful to have a parking place/underground with the hotel room. Very nice and helpful staff (with parking, with drinks....). really the staff makes the difference vs other hotels nearby in this very touristic area. Nice room, quite big. Comfortable.

Cons:

Nothing expect the price which is on the high side as no gym/no spa.

¡Hala Madrid!
Pros:

Una delle cose che mi ha colpito di più è sicuramente la posizione, nonché la vista su Puerta del Sol.
Le stanze si presentano super pulite e di giuste dimensioni, mentre il personale lo abbiamo trovato molto gentile e pronto a rispondere alle nostre esigenze.
Tutto sommato la struttura presenta un ottimo rapporto qualità-prezzo.

I loved my stat. People in Madrid are amazing and very helpful
Pros:

Room was really good and confy, bathroom and shower amazing. All very clean. Staff amazingly friendly and polite. Location super!

Cons:

My windows inside the room were facing inside building so was not possible to open then. Although I had air con I’d really mist having some fresh air from opos window a a bit of a sky. It was a little miserable to be in not natural light at all time when in the room.

Nice stay in the heart of Madrid
Pros:

The location was amazing and staff were very knowledgeable and welcoming. We enjoyed eating on the patio outside the restaurant with a view of Puerto del Sol.

Cons:

The breakfast buffet had a lot of variety but the food was mediocre, especially when compared to the food on the a la carte menu. The beds were much harder than we were used to.

Habitaciones muy amplias para estar en el corazón de Madrid
