Pros:

Razoável apenas por alguns funcionários
Pros:

O quarto

Cons:

Pros:

Hotel was great, location and service perfect.

Cons:

Unfortunately, there was a big demonstration just outside of the hotel on the city center place SOL.
The hotel is not at fault, but it was the only point which made me to put 9 points down instead of 10.

Pros:

We enjoyed the central location.

Cons:

The central location was fun and it was great to have a balcony overlooking Puerta Del Sol- until it was time to go to sleep. There were noisy people in the square all night. It is probably something I should have understood before our stay but I didn’t realize that the people in Madrid like to stay up all night.
