I loved my stat. People in Madrid are amazing and very helpful
Pros:

Room was really good and confy, bathroom and shower amazing. All very clean. Staff amazingly friendly and polite. Location super!

Cons:

My windows inside the room were facing inside building so was not possible to open then. Although I had air con I’d really mist having some fresh air from opos window a a bit of a sky. It was a little miserable to be in not natural light at all time when in the room.

Nice stay in the heart of Madrid
Pros:

The location was amazing and staff were very knowledgeable and welcoming. We enjoyed eating on the patio outside the restaurant with a view of Puerto del Sol.

Cons:

The breakfast buffet had a lot of variety but the food was mediocre, especially when compared to the food on the a la carte menu. The beds were much harder than we were used to.
