Cons:

Las paredes parecen de papel. Se escucha perfectamente las habitaciones de al lado y el pasillo. Además a las 8.00 de la mañana nos despertaron unos operarios que se pusieron a trabajar en el pasillo de la planta en la que estábamos.

As first timers in Spain we were hugely reassured by very helpful staff.
Pros:

The desk staff were extremely helpful and made the worrying parts easy, calling taxi, arranging for luggage and making sure we caught our train.

Cons:

Space was a bit limited for the two of us to open two suitcases.

Great stay in an ideal location
Pros:

This hotel is ideally located near great shopping, the metro, and important sites. Staff were very friendly and helpful. The hotel was very clean. We were worried about the noise from the plaza but that was not an issue. We enjoyed our stay and highly recommend.
