Pros:

Las habitaciones son amplias y cómodas. El bufe es escaso en variedad, pero es bueno. Para tener un todo incluido, nos falto tener algo de picar en la piscina, no solo bebidas ilimitadas. Es un lugar tranquilo y familiar, muy recomendable. Se puede ir a la playa Son Moro caminando, aunque esta tiene bastante roca. A 9' tienes Sa Coma, que esta muy bien, arena fina aunque agua no muy fría.

Alles in allem ein gutes Hotel. Große Speiseauswahl. All inclusive Coctails leider nur Sirup aber immer noch in Ordnung. Sehr für Familien mit Kindern empfohlen. Es wird ein umfassendes Programm für Kinder angeboten. Die Minidisco jeden Abend fanden unsere Kinds einfach Spitze. Großes Lob an das Animationsteam. Aber auch für Erwachsene wird einiges geboten, Fitness, Aquagym, Beachvolleball, Dart, Bingo ein Abendprogramm und noch weiteres. Also für jeden was dabei und wer das nicht möchte kann einfach am Pool relaxen oder zum sehr schönen Strand gehen. Ca 7 min Fussweg entfernt.

Pros:

We arrived at the property full of anticipation. When at reception desk, the lady who was working was extremely rude and unhelpful. Shrugged her shoulders when we asked if we could check in and we were stood in silence.

Manager came. Couldn’t find a record of our booking even though I had the receipt. Didn’t know if we were all inclusive, even though we showed receipt. Told to go and eat whilst they sort our booking.

Came back an hour later. Allowed to check in but hotel tried to charge us again. Again, I showed the receipt of payment.

Very unorganised. Had to reuse towels in the room. Food was average at best.

Rooms were immaculate.

Hotel is clean and well maintained.

Stayed in the separate block facing the road. Dogs barked most of the night so was hard to get to sleep.

Pros:

Propreté, confort , accueil bien que nos papiers ont été gardés afin d'accélérer notre enregistrement et personne nous a rappelé de les récupérer ( nous non plus) donc gros souci à l'aéroport...

Nourriture moyenne.
