Conforto e praticidade.
Pros:

O quarto estava limpo, com roupas de cama adequadas e cheirosas. Tinhamos a opção de uma cafeteira, um microondas e um frigobar, todos os equipamentos necessários para armazenar e confeccionar um café e até mesmo pequenas refeições. Ótima localizaçao em relação ao centro de Itaipava e dentro de um condomínio incrível.

Cons:

Não havia uma pia para higienização dos utensílios domésticos (copos, pratos e talheres).

A pleasant corner in a beautiful city
Pros:

The apartment has an excellent location, is very well decorated and clean. Access is easy through a code provided by the owner, and I was offered a late check-out which I ended up not being able to use due to another commitment in another city on the same day. The price is in line with other properties in the area, but the cost-benefit is very good for being an excellent property.

Cons:

The check-in time of 03:00 PM for those staying just one day is a bit late; it would be nice if it were possible to enter the property by 01:00 PM at the latest, which is usually when people finish lunch and go to the property to drop off their belongings.
