14 марта (за 5 дней до заселения!) были списаны со счета 400 швейцарских франков. Это полная плата за 3 ночи и депозит 50 франков за каждую ночь. Каково было мое удивление, что при выселении мне сказали, что номер не оплачен. Я была вынуждена потратить время и нервы перед самолетом, чтобы доказать, что отель с меня списал двойную оплату уже, показать выписку со счета. Это грозило опозданием на рейс. Пришлось заплатить еще 250 швейцарских франков (полная плата за номер). Операция по списанию 400 франков якобы была отменена, но средства не вернулись до сих пор. Считаю неприемлемой ситуацию, когда отель замораживает деньги, включая депозит, еще до заселения! Также неприемлемы условия блокировки денег на счету, поскольку по правилам всех банков банк может еще удерживать деньги 45 дней! Таким образом, отель оставил меня на 50 дней без 400 швейцарских франков. Обращаю внимание, что про эти условия отель нигде не указывает и не предупредил при заселении. В отзывах многие люди сталкивались с подобной ситуацией. Жалею, что не прочитала раньше. Впечатление о городе было испорчено. Также отель не заслуживает 3 звезды - грязное белье, пыль, волосы насекомые, темно, далеко от центра (пришлось дополнительно тратить деньги на трамвай). Персонал грубый и неприветливый.

Imagine my surprise when I was told at the eviction that the room had not been paid for. I had to spend time and nerves before departure to prove that the hotel had already charged me double, to show the account statement. This threatened to delay the flight. I had to pay another 250 Swiss francs (the full cost of the stay). The operation to write off 400 francs was allegedly canceled, but the funds have not yet been returned.
