Great location and a warm welcome from Joanna. Room was spotless and we didn’t hear any noise from outside.

Simplesmente de nada. A entrada no edificio mostra logo à partida todo o resto do alojamento, assento antigo com almofadas com aspecto velho e sujo. Ninguem para te receber a partir de uma certa hora. É tudoum engano,não corresponde minimamente ao que apresenta. Pátio sem limpeza, com a imagem de marca da casa a 'buganvilea' seca sem flor e muito mal tratada (dá dó). A juntar a tudo isso tanto o pequeno almoço, assim como o estacionamento, tentam vender para juntar ao preço do quarto já extraordinariamente desajustado. Quanto ao quarto localizado no ultimo piso ao fim de umas escadas minusculas entra-se num espaço velho que seria no passado uma marquise que mais parece um quarto do antigamente de gosto duvidoso. A casa de banho não muda muito o estilo tanto o chiveiro como as toalhas de banho sao estranhas.
Á saida, manifestei um ligeiro descontentameto e a resposta foi.

Gefallen hat uns das große Zimmer und das große Bad. Ebenfalls war der Außenbereich sehr schön.

Super Service, sehr netter und zuvorkommender Empfang. Sehr schöne Zimmer mit allem ausgestattet

Das Hotel ist sehr hübsch eingerichtet, ein schönes altes Stadthaus mit hohen Decken. Badezimmer mit allen möglichen Pflegeprodukten, gutem Haartrockner und sogar Glätteisen ausgestattet. Der Innenhof ist auch sehr schön und unser Zimmer war recht groß.
Man kann auf dem Zimmer Kaffee und Tee zubereiten und es werden Karaffen mit Wasser sowie Geschirr und Besteck zur Verfügung gestellt. Das ist ein netter Service.
Zu Fuß ist man schnell im Ort und das Parkhaus war auch nicht weit entfernt (es gab vorab eine gute Beschreibung wie man hinkommt).

L’emplacement était parfait. L’accueil était vraiment très professionnel et très agréable. Un côté authentique aussi j’ai beaucoup apprécié. La literie et le linge de lit étaient très doux et de qualité.

Très bel hôtel dans une ancienne maison majorquine pleine de cachet au centre de Sóller. Petit déjeuner excellent et très copieux. Personnel très sympa.

So pleased to have chosen Casa Bougainvillea to stay with my mum for a special holiday in Soller, and would love to return. The location is perfect, close to the town centre but with a nice distance so the area is quiet and peaceful. Ángel greeted us and was one of the kindest welcomes we've experienced in a hotel - thank you very much Ángel!

Bed was very comfortable, nice place.

The hotel was in an excellent location, close to the bus-stop for us to hop on the bus to Port de Soller, Fornalutx and Palma, and it was next to a wonderful coffee shop. We loved the eclectic decor of the hotel and enjoyed sitting outside in the beautiful courtyard of an evening.

We loved it here! It was located a short 8 minute walk from downtown Soller. Just down the street from the main area- it felt much quieter, but also very central in that it only took 3- 4 minutes to walk to restaurants or shops. It was secure with a locked door and located in a very safe area. The staff was amazing. Met us for check in and someone was always available if needed. Breakfast was incredible! She even accommodated our picky daughter by making her scrambled eggs one morning. The back patio was beautiful, although too cool for us to eat breakfast we did enjoy a couple of evenings out there. We also had rooms right next to each other so I felt very at ease with my teenage kids sleeping close to us. I recommend room #5 if you can get it. it has the most incredible mountain views.
