Check in oribil! Noptiere din camera stricate dar a fost ok pt o noapte de stat

Absolut impossibl de contactat Staff ul dupa ora 8!!! nu exista receptie si a trebuit sa sunam la un nr de tel afisat dar nu raspundea nimenii!!!! Self check in ul nu functiona si am stat ca prostii o ora sa sunam pana a raspuns cineva

The stay was satisfactory and I would come back here.
Pros:

Room was very clean and I liked that I could open the room’s door from phone.

Cons:

The app seems to have some bugs (I needed to call reception to open the front door). Also, the queen bad was made from 2 mattresses and it wasn’t very comfortable because of that.

Lovely rooms, top of the hill so not too close to town
Pros:

Very clean, nice rooms and great value for money.

Cons:

The no staff/AI check in wasn’t the easiest and imagine older groups may struggle.

Overall the hotel is super. If you make the reservation in advance the price is very convenient

Am fi apreciat daca macar o data ar fi venit cineva in cele 8 zile de sedere sa ne schimbe lenjeria cat si prosoapele.
Zona era amplasata destul de aproape de Dubai Mall insa foarte galagioasa. Muncitorii de vis-a-vis munceau pana aproape dimineata.

Miros destul de urat in intregul apartament dar in special in baie, unde totodata se auzea un sunet destul de enervant ( ca un bocanit)
