Unprofessional Security guard
Pros:

The food was good

Cons:

The security at the gate on the night shift 03/25 was very disrespectful and argumentative. Poor customer service and didn't even direct me to the location of my room which was #33 and a very far distance from the security guard and the place was not well lit. I know this is not the culture of the facility since I have been staying there since the last 15 years. The security guard needs to be managed properly.

Pleasant and relaxing, would highly recommend to whoever is looking for affordable accommodation in the New Kingston are

I really liked the location. Pleasantness of staff especially the ones at the front desk. Breakfast was cook.

Cons:

Even though it is a grand building Victorian or Georgian style building, maybe it is also a listed building as well. I think that the building is due for some Minor upgrades and renovation just to keep pace with the other buildings in the surroundings. Not a major dislike but I think that is something that the management should consider doing.
