Lovely accommodation. I would definitely stay here again..
Pros:

Location is excellent. Staff friendly.. Very clean accommodation.

Cons:

Breakfast should have been hotter. Cold on first morning..a little warmer on day 2. Also breakfast is till 10 30 but we went down at 9.30 on first morning and several items not available. Therefore went down earlier on day 2 and choice was better.

This is a bad choice for a hotel....the lack of communication from a customer service standpoint!!!!

Cons:

I had a confirmed reservation. I contacted the hotel via email that I was on my way to the hotel. When I arrived the hotel at night the man at the gate told me he had no more keys. Also, that I had no reservation. This was one of the most embarrassing events of 2026. I proceeded to show the man the reservation he said, he had no more keys..

I was so upset to say the least. I had to rebook with another hotel for nearly twice the amount. That's all I can say is please cautious with this property.

Liguanea Club Stay
Pros:

The rooms were maintained every day. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Comfortable bed and welcome pack in the room.

Cons:

Nothing I can think of now.

Lo staff è molto disponibile. Ci hanno dato consigli e supporto su varie esigenze e ci hanno cambiato stanza perché la prima purtroppo era esposta a rumori esterni.

Cons:

La colazione lasciava un po’ a desiderare anche perché il ristorante era in fase di ristrutturazione. Le stanze sono ok ma le suite sono un po’ isolate dalla struttura e esposte a rumorii esterni

Suite was poorly maintained and not for the elderly or those with a disability. No frills property.
Pros:

Room was a suite away from main building, the area around the suite looked unsafe and unkept but thankfully no security incident. No staff was available in that location. Travelled with elderly parent, property has no lifts.

Cons:

Breakfast accounted for exactly, limited choice and shared sparingly by staffers. No staff available in that area.

Cons:

I got there it was too early to Checkin so I left my luggage and return around 10:20pm no one was at the front desk. They should have explained to me that the front desk close at 10:00pm. No one did; therefore, I have an issue to get my room. The guard was so nice. She make couple phone calls to a staff to get me my room and luggage.

The location was perfect. The staff were pleasant and professional. The room was very clean.

Cons:

The first room I got I could hear other persons in the room beside it. Imagine paying for a room to rest and can’t sleep all night because of that. But I went back and asked for a different room and same was granted thank God.
