Cons:

La habitación. Tenemos a los maragatos golpeando las campanas, cada 15 minutos. Y lo hacen a deshoras. El ático, tercer planta, no está aislado.

Cons:

El trato con el cliente del dpto de administración y reservas fue muy malo. Despectivo. No nos ayudaron con nada de lo que pedimos, nos ignoraban, y finalmente acabaron cobrándonos por varios servicios que no utilizamos.

Hotel muy céntrico espacioso y tranquilo, pero. ..

Cons:

Tuvimos un incidente que no voy a comentar y que nos resolvió la recepcionista del hotel deshaciéndose en disculpas y cambiándonos a una suite. Lo que ocurre es que en la habitación había un sofá en estado lamentable más propio de un descampado que de un hotel de tres estrellas. En fin... Sólo pernoctamos una noche y apenas estuvimos en la habitación, la suite era amplia y espaciosa y tenía bañera con jacuzzi, pero ese sofá....a las fotos me remito.

Pros:

La ubicación y trato personal. Me localizaron anticipadamente para aclararme los accesos a la plaza (frente la Casa Consistorial)
