Pros:

Location is excellent, right beside playa Flamingo and some lovely restaurants. Nice safe 1.5 km walk along the promenade to main bar/restaurant area. The grounds are well kept and lovely.

Cons:

Apartment was dated and needed upgrading and painting. Beds very uncomfortable. Restaurant feels underground and is dark and the food was only ok (we only had breakfast)

Qieats volta non abbiamo gradito molto la stanza, per la precisione il bagno. Non perché fosse brutto o piccolo ma perché era senza finestra e senza aspirazione. Quindi umidità. Odori rimanevano la.

Very pleased with overall stay and offered very good value for B&B.
Pros:

Location of the apartment was excellent. Staff were attentive and any requests (rubber bath mat requested for slippery bath/shower) dealt with immediatelly.

Cons:

Not keen on layout for Breakfast area which was huge, noisy and chaotic at times.

Potential to be incredible but unfortunately the bed bugs are a safety concern.
Pros:

Dining room staff very pleasant and food excellent ...see gluten free bread comment below ..
Location also great ..and resort design ..very good value for money ..

However see below health and safety recommendation on insect management needed ..
On meeting others staying in different locations in Playa Blanca bed bugs not stated when asked ..

Cons:

It is with a heavy heart that I am writing this comment..this hotel has the potential to be exceptional ✨️..but in the interest of health and safety ..children ...individuals with medical conditions ..huge insect infestation situation ..
Cleaning system and insect managing review would be of benefit..

I am unsure whether it was the room location that we were in 8 B but we were bitten badly by a combination of bed bugs which were visibly seen and mosquitoes..
Dead Insect blood marks on curtain ,and walls ..
On pulling out beds alot of dead insects observed ..prehaps also the air conditioning system maybe re circulating bugs ??? No hoovering of rooms observed ..brushing and mopping observed ..

On looking at reviews so many excellent but low marks consistent with insect problems ..I would highly recommend investigating this situation ..as otherwise hotel wonderful ...we did bring insect plug in devices and repellent ..we had to attend a pharmacy for medication ..

No gluten free bread also the last 3 mornings..cereal ..rice cakes ..gluten free biscuits present but for a coeliac toast am preferable ..I m unsure why this occurred ..a whole aisle of non gluten free bread for non coeliac daily but we definitely lost out on the bread front ..

As mentioned such a pity bed bugs situation ..fixable I suspect ..

Las camas y almohadas eran comodísimas. La ubicación perfecta. Las piscinas ideales. El buffet muy muy bueno.

Cons:

Había bastantes mosquitos en el apartamento..pero a partir de darnos el insecticida y un enchufe para los mosquitos se noto mucho

We genoten ondanks de mankementen .
Pros:

Wij waren tevreden over de locatie .
Zeer vriendelijk personeel .
De regelmatige opkuis en het verversen van de handdoeken in ons flatje .

Cons:

Het meubilair is dringend aan vervanging toe , alsook de badkamer : douche was zeer glad en liep zeer traag weg .
Bedden niet meer van deze tijd en zeer muffe geur in de slaapkamer .
Het gehele complex is proper maar alles heeft een opfrissing nodig .

Itt értettem meg a 18+ os szállodák lényegét(úgy hogy 3 gyermekem van)
Egyes nációkból érkező turisták gyerekeinek viselkedése az étteremben kritikán aluli! Kiabálás,ételek tapogatása, mindezt úgy,hogy a szüleik ott vannak mellettük,és ez úgy tűnt nekik természetes.
