Sehr zufrieden
Pros:

Ich war mit dem Kindern hier und sind sehr zufrieden. Alles war sauber, gepflegt und genauso wie beschrieben. Das Personal war freundlich und hilfsbereit. Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt und können die Unterkunft nur weiterempfehlen.

Cons:

Beim Frühstück gibt es noch Verbesserungsbedarf .Der Kaffee hat leider nicht geschmeckt - eine größere Kaffeemaschine für Gäste wäre wünschenswert. Außerdem war die Auswahl sehr einfach, mit wenig Marmelade nicht Qualität und eher minderwertigen Süßigkeiten, ohne Kuchen.

Pros:

We had an unexpected stayover in Shkodta & I booked Rozafa pretty late at night (around 11.30pm). The staff at the reception was super kind & helpful. They went above & beyond in their hospitality. The room was spacious, super clean, beds & pillows comfortable.

Cons:

The breakfast is modest, but ok.
