The people at the reception area were really snotty. The free breakfast was gross.

Pros:

The room was comfortable, with an incredible view of the city and moutains from the balcony. Both front desk and cleaning staff were very nice. The hotel is located right in the center of Shkoder and next to the bus station. Check out time is late (11) and you can leave you bags at reception after checking out. I stayed only one night but wish I could've stayed more!

Cons:

The hot tub in my suite was not working well, which was disappointing. A few things are missing in the room, like teacups and something on which to hang the towels in the bathroom. I didn't like the breakfast (not a lot of choices, especially if you don't eat salty food in the morning).

Sehr zufrieden
Pros:

Ich war mit dem Kindern hier und sind sehr zufrieden. Alles war sauber, gepflegt und genauso wie beschrieben. Das Personal war freundlich und hilfsbereit. Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt und können die Unterkunft nur weiterempfehlen.

Cons:

Beim Frühstück gibt es noch Verbesserungsbedarf .Der Kaffee hat leider nicht geschmeckt - eine größere Kaffeemaschine für Gäste wäre wünschenswert. Außerdem war die Auswahl sehr einfach, mit wenig Marmelade nicht Qualität und eher minderwertigen Süßigkeiten, ohne Kuchen.
