Wouldn’t use it again.
Pros:

It was close to the centre of Puerto, and it was clean.

Cons:

Trying to park nearby was awful. We parked about 300 metres away eventually. The hotel was dated and in three different buildings. The breakfast was very poor - cold cooked breakfast and poor selection of cereals.

La situation proche du bord de mer et du centre ville au top
Les chambres avec balcon. La propreté et la disponibilité du personnel

Cons:

Au niveau du repas du soir. L'ouverture de la salle de restaurant à 18h30 un peu tôt car si on arrivait vers 19h30 plus de choix en buffet. Les plats n'étaient pas assez chauds. Même la soupe Et les menus identiques du 1er au dernier jour.

Bis auf das Essen war es ein schöner Aufenthalt
Pros:

Es ist für diesen Preis ein wirklich sehr schönes Hotel!
Auch sehr zentral gelegen.
Und ein extrem freundliches Personal 👍🙂

Cons:

Der einzige Schwachpunkt ist das Essen !
Wir hatten Halbpension, doch gingen ab den dritten Tag nur noch auswärts essen.
Von Essen her war es das schlechteste was wir bis jetzt in Urlaub hatten.

Kényelmes, barátságos, tiszta.Tökéletes nyaralás volt, reméljük még visszatérünk.

Schwach Angefangen, stark Nachgelassen
Pros:

Die nahe Lage zu den Stränden als auch der Innenstadt des Hafens. Unsere Aussicht vom Balkon hatte einen schönen Meerblick. Das Personal an der Rezeption war sehr hilfsbereit und freundlich.

Cons:

Angefangen damit, dass es im Zimmer die Türen vom Balkon nicht dicht schließen und man trotz geschlossenen Fenstern und Türen vom morgendlichen Verkehr wach wird (auch nachts wenn Hunde bellen). Zu dem gab es keine Klimaanlage oder zumindest ein Ventilator. Wir waren im Oktober auf Teneriffa als die Temperatur 20-27 Grad betrug, selbst da war die Hitze nachts stark. Es gab zwar wlan im Hotel, leider reichte dieses aber kaum bis zum Zimmer. Das hatte es schwierig gemacht, nach einem langen anstrengenden Tag eine Serie zu schauen oder Fotos mit der Familie zu teilen. Außerdem hatten wir Frühstück und Halbpension gebucht. Ich war von keiner der beiden beeindruckt. Die Brötchen waren hart und teils vom Vortag, die Auswahl beim Frühstück beschränkte sich auf Spiegeleier, Würstchen und Tomaten als auch kleinere Beilagen für Müsli, kein Obst aber Gemüse. Beim Abendessen gab es eine Sorte Nudeln, eine Fleischsauce und manchmal eine vegetarische Sauce. Beilagen gab es auch wie im Frühstück. Zu dem gab es aber noch „Dessert“ welches aus fadem Tiefkühlkuchen und Eis mit Streuseln bestand. Das Essen war jeden Tag gleich und hatte kaum Abwechslung.
Ich persönlich hatte auch teils das Gefühl, dass die Kellner schlechte Laune bekommen sobald man kein Wasser oder Wein zusätzlich bestellt.
Ich denke dass gerade das Personal an der Rezeption Lust auf mehr hat, aber durch so Probleme ausgebremst wird. Es ist wirklich schade, da ich auch eine gute Erwartung hatte, dank vieler Rezensionen. Das traf nicht zu. Mein Endgegner war jedoch die Dusche. Für heißes oder kaltes Wasser musste man zu Gott beteten. Es war unmöglich, eine konstante Temperatur einzustellen . Der Wasserdruck war lächerlich, da hatte der Wasserhahn mer druck. Man bekam also kaum das Salz aus den Haaren wenn man vorher am Strand war. Der Bäder sind zu dem sehr veraltet und bietet auch kein starkes Licht. Es gibt zwei kleine lichter am Spiegel welche gerade so reichen, dass man nicht im Bad fällt.

Personnel très gentil, hôtel très bien équipé avec la piscine et la salle de sport.

Pros:

Das Personal war sehr freundlich. Die Lage vom Hotel ist perfekt. Alles in unmittelbarer Nähe (Strand Playa Jardin, die Innenstadt und der Busbahnhof) Zimmer war okay, Frühstück gut und vollkommen ausreichend.

Cons:

Eigentlich nichts. Das Hotel ist halt etwas in die Jahre gekommen, aber ich würde hier immer wieder buchen.
