Hotel voor rustzoekers, geen familiehotel.
Pros:

De service van het vriendelijke personeel was goed, er werden bv meteen ligbedjes bijgehaald bij het zwembad toen alles vol lag.
Het was schoon, iedere dag werd de kamer schoongemaakt, iedere dag schone handdoeken. Ontbijt was prima.

Cons:

1)Het hotel lag in een rustige buurt.
Wij waren met 2 volwassenen en 4 twintigers. Dat brengt wat rumoer met zich mee en dat kon daar niet.
Een spelletje doen, lachen gieren en brullen, echt niet!
Terwijl we echt niet tot in de nacht doorgingen.
Om 22u begon het "ge-sssst quiet please"
Het is daarom meer een hotel voor rustzoekers, ook bij het zwembad. Geen familiehotel.
2)We hadden een huurauto maar het parkeren was een drama. We hebben wel 3 kwartier rondjes gereden om binnen redelijke loopafstand van het hotel te kunnen parkeren. De dichtbijzijnde p-plaats die het hotel adviseerde was gesloten.

Pros:

La ubicación era perfecta para lo que queríamos. Todo estaba muy limpio, el personal muy agradable, y todo muy tranquilo. Perfecto para desconectar unos días con tu pareja.

Cons:

La piscina no la llegamos a usar, pero es verdad que nos pareció bastante más pequeña que en la foto de Booking. Lo que menos nos agradó fue la comida del buffet, no es que estuviera mala, se podía comer, pero nos pareció que aunque tenían variedad, podía haber estado mejor.

Pros:

Siamo stati con il mio compagno per 2 giorni: camera spaziosa e pulita con un bel balconcino vista mare!
Posizione ottima e a 2 passi dal centro di Peurto de la Cruz!
C è una bella piscina con lettini sempre disponibile!
Per quanto riguarda la sauna bisogna avvisare mezz'ora prima e aggiungere un pagamento extra!
Peccato non fosse possibile usarla subito,perché non avevamo molto tempo di attesa e avremmo approfittato di un po di qualche manciata di minuti che avevamo a disposizione prima della cena!
Personale gentile ed essenziale!
Carinissime invece le ragazze addette alle camere: il loro "buongiorno" metteva sempre di buon umore e trasmetteva davvero calore e simpatia!

Cons:

Assenza di parcheggio e nei pressi dell'hotel ci abbiamo impiegato anche 1 ora per trovare un parcheggio libero!

Hotel bien ubicado, muy limpio y con personal muy amable

Buena ubicación, aparcamiento cercano gratuito. Muy limpio, las dos habitaciones eran amplias
Muy cercano a la playa y a la zona de restsurantes

Cons:

Hay escaleras para acceder al hotel, carece de aire acondicionado. Hay poco para elegir en el desayuno para intolerantes y no especifican los alérgenos

Good location but lacking a/c let it down a bit
Pros:

Great location. Very clean everywhere. Fridge in room appreciated. Nice pool & sun loungers.

Cons:

No air conditioning or fan in the room. The room was extremely hot all night. It stated on the Booking.com English page description that there was a/c at this hotel. When I spoke to Reception they were very surprised because there is no a/c in any room! They also checked the description on the Spanish & German pages but it didn't say there was a/c at all. The hotel apologised to me. Apparently there were fans in the more expensive rooms but that wasn't clear on the description either.

niesamowita czystość, codziennie był sprzątany pokój na błysk, myta podłoga czy zmieniana pościel jeżeli zauważono że została pobrudzona :) pyszne jedzenie, codziennie inne kolacje! pokój z widokiem na ocean, cicho, przyjemnie, wygodnie. Pomimo braku parkingu bez problemu można było zaparkować w okolicy hotelu
