Ameri Plaza Tbilisi

The hotel was clean and good. The rooms are cleaned every day. The hotel's access to the supermarket, currency exchange, restaurant and SIM card store is also good. It has free Wi-Fi with good speed. The rooms facing the main street have a balcony with a beautiful view, especially from the top floor... the behavior of the staff was polite. Access is also one of the best streets in Tbilisi called Pekini, near the hotel, where you can get off and go there, and there are representatives of famous clothing brands, including Elsie Waikiki and Coton. In general, there is a good street for shopping and there are famous fast food restaurants, including McDonald's, around the hotel.

We have been returning to this hotel many times, it’s convenient, parking is a big plus,personnel are always there for you, love the restaurant on site.

If you are seeking a 4 star hotel, don't even look at this one. It’s not an hotel, but a hybrid building, with hotel rooms only on the top floors, the last floor being accessible only by external stairs. No amenities exist, the bed is of poor quality, the floor is so dirty that it's disgusting. The towels are of poor quality and of strange color instead of being white. We didn't stay there even one night and were obliged to find another hotel in the night. The only positive point is the reception staff: friendly and nice.

The cleaning could be a tick better, but overall a very good choice for Tbilisi with perfect public transport connections.

Our hotel room was dirty. Large black stains on the carpet and some on our bed sheets. Breakfast was poor, not fresh and not restocked enough. We will never stay here again. Customer service was poor as well as we complained about the breakfast and we never received compensation for it.

The cleaning service used the same bed sheets and towels. The breakfast does not include many choices.

The best thing about this hotel was perhaps the staff who answered all our questions before our arrival and during our stay. They were kindly able to offer early check-in, although I understand this is rare. It's also quite modern, clean, and well-maintained. Very happy with the room sizes, furniture, and cleanliness.

What can be improved: the breakfast is very basic, some food was cold, not great quality, and some items felt/looked not fresh.
Linen was not changed during our stay (5 days), and at least one change would be expected from a 4* hotel.
All in all, it's great value for a 4* hotel and the prices in Tbilisi, given the location as well (10 mins drive into the city).

Friendly staff and clean room

Un hôtel quasi parfait mais de gros problèmes d'isolation phonique qui ont rendu mes nuits difficiles du fait de voisins trop bruyants...

We stayed for two nights, enjoyed the view. Staff were very friendly, breakfast was delicious. We will come back!

The room was clean and spacious. My room has balcony and you can enjoy the city view day and night. The food during breakfast is good. It has many selection. The location of hotel is accessible to nearby restaurants.

Very nice spacious family room, have a coffee machine, washing machine and microwave, gave us free upgrade as we requested to have a city view thank to the front office Manager, buffet breakfast was ok, with little selection but enough for a good breakfast to start the day, staff are all accommodating and helpful, location is very nice in the city since it is next to all the kinds of restaurants, pharmacies, money changer and shopping area.

Hi my friends, we've just back from holiday from this Hotel, we stayed 6 nights. Is clean, silent, amazing view, Breakfast is excellent and various, rooms are big, clean is done every day. All the staff are very nice, helpfull 24/24 english talkers. For sure we'll be back and recommanding you. Thanks!

P.S. In Tbilisi, avoid TAXI, use Bolt Platform.

Ameri plaza is in the center of Tblisi with very new looking building and rooms, All amenities in the rooms were good. We had a triple occupancy room with separate kitchen shelf having special coffee/tea machine. tea/coffee/sugar and water is topped up every day. Rooms were clean. Balcony view towards main road and mountains were cool.
Staff was very friendly and professional. they themselves offered us charger sockets for our devices.WIFi was excelen.
Morning breakfast have enough spread having veg/non veg options. Considering we were group of 40 people of Indian origin chef/restaurant management could have added more veg and Indian options.(a suggestion for them)

Our trip to Tbilisi was a very special one as we were getting married. I can not put it into words how helpful and supportive Ameri Plaza team was from first day to the very last minute! and it's very important for me to mention everyone correctly.
The manager of the hotel (Ecatherine) was very understanding and supportive as we had to accommodate our mothers and we had to manage other wedding related stuff.
The receptionists ( Lado, Rati, Nika, and Misho ) were always ready to help us out with all of requirements. They went far and beyond to make sure we are having a good trip. I also wanted to thank Ika for offering and helping us to get to the roof and taking amazing pictures with the view.
The restaurant manager, Guram ( Guci ) was very helpful and we were able to have a photoshoot session at the restaurant . He kindly surprised us with champagne and decorated table waiting for us.
Rooms being so clean , breakfast being A class , the location of hotel being convenient to access other places were just cherry on top of the cake!
On behalf of my bride and myself I want to once again thank Ameri plaza team ! I totally recommend this hotel if you ever visit Tbilisi!

Check-in was fast and easy. The room was a good size and it was clean. The breakfast served every morning. The staff were friendly and helpful. I stayed on the 14th floor and my favorite part was the balcony, it gave you a beautiful view of Tbilisi and opportunity to smoke if you're a smoker.

One of the new properties in town with excellent room space. However be prepared for rooms with no AC and staff’s inability to understand the complaint. Value for money property for foreigners but be prepared for following issues - AC is horrible, shower cubicle gets clogged, balconies not clean, thick pillows to give you neck/ back pain. I do not recommend this property for other leisure travellers.
