Pros:

Hôtel chaleureux, confortable, décoration soignée. Chambres avec un grand balcon. Très bon petit déjeuner. Personnel serviable. Excellent emplacement. À recommander.

Quelques détails :
Un plateau de courtoisie avec une bouilloire serait un plus.
Les distributeurs de savon de la douche sont inefficaces. Idem pour l’espace sauna/hammam. Un conseil, prenez votre gel douche.

Lovely stay with view on Matterhorn
Pros:

View on Matterhorn from bedroom and from breakfast . Located 3 min walk from ski slopes

Cons:

Access walking with luggage was difficult , still pricy despite everything is pricy in zermatt

View was exceptional, unobstructed views of the matterhorn. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. Breakfast was very good and it was nice to have it with a view. Sauna included was also very appreciated.

Cons:

If you walk from the matterhorn express station to the hotel, you need to walk uphill, and bus does not come that frequently.

Perfect location with easy access to the gondola to the top of the mountain. Easy walk to town as well
Pros:

We really lucked out when we selected this hotel. Had a beautiful view of the Matterhorn and a very simple but comfortable and clean room. The staff were very helpful. The bus stop is a few steps from the door. It is an easy walk down the mountain to the town. And the red line bus brings you right home. We had so much snow we actually skied down the street to get to the Matterhorn glacier gondola. The breakfast was very good. Excellent home baked goods and a nice variety of food. The sauna was wonderful at the end of each of our ski days. Do note that the red line stops running earlier in the evening than we would have thought. So if you don’t want to walk uphill you need to take cabs however the staff were very helpful in ordering them for us when we got stuck in town unexpectedly. Also SonnMatten restaurant is a 5 minute walk uphill and highly recommend that as well.
