Sollte ich nochmal die Gegend besuchen, steige ich ab in diesem Hotel.
Pros:

Eine herrliche Lage mit Blick auf Matterhorn. Dorfbus in der Nähe (kostenlos). Sehr sauber - die Schweizer halt. Freundliches Personal auch für Hunde. Reichhaltiges Frühstücksbüffet.

Pros:

Wir waren rundum begeistert vom Mountain Paradise in Zermatt! 🏔️

So herzlich und freundlich wurden wir schon lange nicht mehr empfangen. Von der ersten Minute an haben wir uns willkommen und sehr wohlgefühlt. Das Personal war unglaublich aufmerksam, hilfsbereit und sympathisch.

Auch das Hotel selbst hat uns sehr gut gefallen – eine wunderschöne Atmosphäre, gemütliche Zimmer und eine tolle Lage. Besonders schön fanden wir, dass man sich hier wirklich Zeit für die Gäste nimmt.

Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt sehr genossen und würden das Mountain Paradise jederzeit wieder buchen. Absolute Empfehlung!

Cons:

Ein kleiner Minuspunkt war für uns allerdings das Frühstück. Die Auswahl war für ein Hotel dieser Kategorie eher überschaubar und wir hätten uns etwas mehr Abwechslung gewünscht. Auch bei der Präsentation und Auswahl der warmen Speisen wäre noch etwas Luft nach oben. Insgesamt war das Frühstück okay, hat uns im Vergleich zum ansonsten sehr schönen Aufenthalt aber etwas enttäuscht.

Pros:

悪い点が見当たらない。バルコニーは隣の２部屋と繋がっているタイプだったがとても広いので問題なし。早朝には朝日に照らされたマッターホルンを見ながらの起床。浴室も広いバスタブが付いており、ハイキングで疲れた足腰を癒すことができた。
オーナーもスタッフも親切な方々。朝食はパンのバリエーションが素晴らしく、追加で料金を払えばサンドイッチを作って持っていくこともできた。

なし。次も絶対に宿泊したい。

Eine wunderschöne Aussicht, aber für den hohen Preis leider eine große Enttäuschung in Bezug auf Komfort, Frühstück und

Besonders gut gefallen hat uns die Lage mitten in der Natur. Der wunderschöne Blick auf Zermatt und die beeindruckende Bergkulisse waren für uns eindeutig das Highlight des Aufenthalts. Außerdem war das Zimmer sauber.

Cons:

Leider gab es mehrere Punkte, die für ein Drei-Sterne-Hotel in dieser Preisklasse sehr enttäuschend waren. An der Balkontür hatte sich die untere Gummidichtung deutlich sichtbar gelöst und war trotzdem so belassen worden. Das Waschbecken im Badezimmer war verkalkt. Auch die Seife in der Dusche ließ sich aus dem dafür vorgesehenen Behälter nicht richtig entnehmen.

Die Ausstattung des Badezimmers war insgesamt äußerst dürftig. Es gab lediglich ein sehr kleines Stück Handseife. Dinge wie Wattestäbchen, eine Duschhaube oder andere übliche kleine Pflegeartikel waren überhaupt nicht vorhanden. Positiv war allerdings, dass das Zimmer und das Badezimmer sauber waren. Für ein Drei-Sterne-Hotel und angesichts des Preises hatten wir dennoch deutlich mehr Komfort erwartet.

Besonders enttäuschend war das Frühstück. Die Auswahl am Buffet war ausgesprochen klein und einfach. Wir haben selbst in Pensionen schon wesentlich umfangreichere und liebevollere Frühstücksangebote erlebt. Für ein Drei-Sterne-Hotel in der Schweiz und insbesondere in dieser Preisklasse war das Frühstück für uns nicht angemessen.

Auch das Personal wirkte auf uns leider wenig herzlich und eher unzufrieden. Insgesamt hatten wir bei diesem Preis wesentlich mehr Qualität, Komfort und Gastfreundschaft erwartet.

Camere pulitissime, ordinate, moderne, possibilità di sauna incluso nel prezzo. Consiglio questo posto!
Pros:

Struttura ordinata, pulita, comoda vicino alla teleferica. Colazione flessibile per chi deve fare una coma e si deve alzare presto. Posto anche per lasciare in materiale a fine gita/cima e poterlo riprendere.

We really enjoyed our time with a beautiful view of Matterhorn. And the breakfast was delicious.

We were hiking and came back to the villlage to this hotel and we felt really cosy and comfortable in the spacious room with a beautiful view of Matterhorn. And the breakfast was delicious.
