The aircon kept leaking even after they attempted to fix it. They should have moved us to a new room than letting us deal with that. That ruined our stay
The hotel and surrounds are beautiful . We spent most days at the pool where our grand kids enjoyed everything thoroughly. Because we had a child with very specific dietary needs that we arranged beforehand for, the kitchen and staff was most accommodating . Thanks a lot Chef and Bettie . The festive and Xmas atmosphere made for a fantastic week in the Lowveld
The spa; ,pedicure and massages were a bit lack lacking. Maybe because the staff had to work a lot.
