Umsatz wichtiger als guter Service
Cons:

Wegen des Osterbrunchs waren wir gezwungen, sehr früh (7:30–8:30 Uhr) zu frühstücken und den Raum danach zu räumen, um Platz für andere Gäste zu machen, die zusätzlich den Osterbrunch gebucht haben. Leider hatte man den Eindruck, dass Umsatz wichtiger war als guter Service für Hotelgäste. Es bestand keinerlei Verständnis dafür, dass man sich im Urlaub – insbesondere an einem Ostersonntag – erholen möchte und nicht bereits um 6 Uhr morgens mit der Familie aufstehen will.

Pros:

Das Frühstück war grosszügig und vielfältig. Das Zimmer war schön und sehr sauber.

Cons:

Die Busverbindung zum Bahnhof war nicht ideal und der Fussmarsch dauerte 15-20 Minuten. Da ich wegen einem Kurs dort war, musste ich jeden Tag zu Fuss gehen.

Der Innenraum im Zimmer, und sehr sauber.

Cons:

Haben aus dem Grund Frühzeitig gebucht, so dass wir Seesicht haben.
Ja das Zimmer war Seesicht aber in der 1 OG daher hatten wir Altersheim Aussicht der vor unserem Zimmer war… schade😔

Es war ein Super Preis-/Leistungsverhältnis und wir empfehlen es gerne weiter.
Pros:

Das Hotel Brienz ist eine rustikale, zeitgemässe, ruhige und saubere Raststätte, dessen Zimmer mit einem Lift erreicht werden können. Das Frühstück wurde sehr ansprechend, ausreichend und vielfältig angeboten. Es war sauber, die Betten, Dusche und Toilette waren so, wie man sich es wünscht. Danke - gerne immer wieder.

Cons:

In Zimmer 31 funktionierte im Raum von Dusche/WC leider die Abluft nicht.
