Nice stay away from the crowds.
Pros:

It is located in a quiet area away from the falls. Walking distance to the Aero Car. We have a room with river view. The room spacious is clean though requires some renovation. It includes a small kitchen with utensils. There is WEGO bus stop nearby. It takes only a couple minutes drive to the Falls and 30 minutes to Niagara-on-the-Lake. Breakfast is standard and refilled quickly. A great choice to stay on budget.

Stay across from the Niagara White Rapids
Pros:

Location was perfect so close to everything we wanted to do. Breakfast was better than what was expected-there was fruit, pastries, eggs, tots and sausage. The woman who did breakfast everyday was great! Price and accommodations were perfect for my partner and I as we both like to go outside so this fit our needs perfectly. We were literally across from the White Water Rapids and down the block from the best Maple Syrup!

Cons:

Nothing to complain about.

Für kleines Budget eine gute Wahl
Pros:

Das Preis-Leistungsverhältnis war wirklich für 1 Nacht im Sommer super!
Die Lage etwas außerhalb und trotzdem direkt am Fluss und nah zum Bahnhof.
Das Zimmer war recht sauber und ok, genau wie das ganze Hotel, muss aber wirklich bald gemacht werden!

Sehr alte Ausstattung im Zimmer, Geruch in Gängen

Sufficiently fine in just about every way
Pros:

I would describe this hotel as "fine." The rooms were fine, the breakfast was fine. Nothing wowed me, but everything sufficed.

Cons:

An additional fee for parking, when you're already a guest at the hotel, is a little ridiculous. It should be built into the fee I'm already paying. The breakfast area was packed. There was no room to sit.

Pros:

The room was spacious and clean. Towels were refreshed daily and the bed was comfortable.

The location to the Arial car is fantastic and within walking distance but a bit far to walk to the falls. Parking is crazy in the falls area so if you are looking for a hotel you can walk to the falls to this one might be out too far. You could catch the bus, it is on route.

They had free breakfast which was good and our room had a kitchenette which we used

Cons:

The hotel doesn't have elevators so if you are not on the first or second floor, you need to lug up your stuff flights of stairs depending on what floor your room is on.

Early check-in is available for an additional cost and don't ask for a front view because the person who was checking us in said no...so there is that (even though we were early). The balcony rooms over look the parking lot so nothing to see so don't waste your money upgrading.

There is a sign as you go into the door from the parking lot that says, "Don't leave valuables and management is not responsible for stolen or damaged property" which was surprising especially since we had to pay for n parking...?

All in all, the room was cheap, we saved a few bucks making food and free breakfast. If you are looking for a clean cheap option, this one fit the bill.

Les lits étaient comfortable. Drap propre.

Cons:

Le manque d'eau chaude pour une douche le matin. Aucun bouchon pour le bain. Téléphone dans la chambre débrancher Une seule débarbouillette pour la chambre. La piscine qui était traité à l'eau de javel (peau qui brûle après baignade pour enfant et parents)avec des tuiles de céramique manquantent. Plante en plastique dans le jacuzzi parce que celui-ci n'est plus fonctionnel. Besoin d'investisemennt de ce côté. Aucune serviette à la piscine. Déjeuner : grille pain et gaufrier qui fonctionne pas bien. Je comprends que les temps sont difficiles mais quand tu as seulement ce séjour comme vacances, c'est décevant.

le petit dejeuner il en avait plus il offre le petit dejwuner comme un restaurent a 8.99$ on a me.e pas pue dejeuner moi ma femme et ma filke aucune table disponible et les plat avait rien dedans nous avont du aller manger au resto meme apres 5 min aucune personne du personel sont venu nous voir nous avont quiter cette etablissement et je ne la recommande a personne la chambre que jai eu wtais sale les drap meme pas changer avec des drap sale la charbre degagais une odeur forte de moisisure et odeur mauvais la papier paint des mur etais decoler a plusieur endroit cause dhumiditer presente dans la piece vraiment decu apres avoir ete ce plaidre des odwur et moisicure il nous on offert une bouteile de sens bons air freschener artisanal il on remplis avec un produit tout mes veteme t on gardwr odwur de cette chambre apres seulement quelque heure

Stay was good, location and staff also. Main issue was pool cleanliness and upkeep.
Pros:

The breakfast was as expected , average options. The rooms were good too.

Cons:

The pool water was very foggy and hot tub was out of service. We chose this place mainly for those options for the kids. Also, pool tile was damaged and cut Childs foot. No first aid kit in the surrounding. Also one of rooms didn’t have the smoke alarm.
