It's an ok place.
Pros:

I like the layout.

Cons:

Pillows are too soft for me., I could not lay in bed to watch TV.. No elevator. Had to pay for parking on hotel property.

Great location putty about the room

Facilities are very dated
A lot needs fixing
The standard the rooms were cleaned to was very erratic, bed not made, cups & coffee not replaced, shampoo etc not replaced.
Breakfast was basic and staff member was too busy looking at her mirror and doing exercises or on her phone to refill coffee or hot water.
Corridor on level two smelled of chlorine / musty. Exit bar to car park near breakfast area very loose and possible hazard in an emergency.

If you are looking for low budget hotel then it’s the right one.
Cons:

Tv is not working, room smells so bad. Early check-in is possible written on website but only half an hour before check-in is possible. Reception lady has no idea about public transport and not very interested to any kind of questions.

Cons:

I was traveling on business and needed an early check-in. The clerk did not accommodate me and said there would be a charge. After explaining I needed a room or an area to be in a virtual meeting, she was not accommodating at all. Further to this, I required a late check-out, which was granted with a fee, but I was 20 minutes past the extended time, and housekeeping was knocking on my door during my meeting - NOT VERY ACCOMMODATING AT ALL.

Pros:

I liked that the location was a distance from the busy.
The beds were ABSOLUTELY PERFECT. I am a fussy sleeper and I truly melted right into the comfy bed.
Having a kitchenette was a definite bonus. We made our own steak dinner in our room.

Cons:

The room smelled a bit musty, and the hotel needs an upgrade.
