Nice room and nice view

The bathtub in the bathroom is crack .and kid cannot take bath in it.it may cut and cause injury if take bath in it hope can replace it and have to stay back at purnama if vacation(for room 315)

Great hotel is superb location with excellent customer service- once you arrive
Pros:

Exceptional service. Friendly staff.
Breakfast buffet selection is always good at Puranama but it was excellent this time. Might have been to do with the VVIP staying in the hotell 😎 stunning sunset and sunrise views across the river from rooms

Cons:

They never answer the phone or reply to emails which makes communication difficult.

Classic but usable
Pros:

Breakfast was ok. The counter staff are usually friendly and allow a 1 pm latest checkout if we give them ample notice. The rooms are big

Cons:

The bathroom really needs to be upgraded. Always wet after bath and the toilet takes a few flushes. Need to no put a plug near the bed
