O facto de ficar numa zona central é óptimo.
Somente um reparo, que por acaso como já chegámos tarde acabámos por não abordar o assunto, mal abrimos a porta do quarto era notório um.cheiro intenso parecia uma mistura de humidade com esgoto....o que acabou por condicionar a nossa experiência no hotel.
Estava tudo limpo e o quarto era sossegado.
A casa de banho estava muito degradada. Na minha opinião, não tinha condições para recebor hóspedes.

Da limpeza, sobretudo a casa de banho, cortina da banheira muito suja e com bolor a cheirar mal, teto com mofo e piaçaba muito sujo e cheio de excrementos, teto do quarto com muita humidade e a descascar e não limpavam o chão, pequeno almoço muito fraquinho e as vesses faltava pão.
Location is right in the middle of beautiful Angra do Heroismo, a few steps from the marina and with lots of restaurants and attractions around. Our room was unexpectedly spacious, bright and clean giving us the best possibility to rest and relax. Bathroom also big enough. Very comfy beds. Wi-Fi worked perfectly, so was the air-condition. There is a kettle with selection of teas in the room. Breakfast is very basic, but I didn't expect anything more. For the two stars hotel and the price you pay you get way more than expected.

Receção mesmo tendo apresentado dados atualizados, não atualizou a ficha de cliente antes da emissão da faturação.
Porta entrada com problema de fechadura, para bem de fechar, à que bater com a porta até acordar meia rua.
