Da localização. Muito central.
Da limpeza, sobretudo a casa de banho, cortina da banheira muito suja e com bolor a cheirar mal, teto com mofo e piaçaba muito sujo e cheio de excrementos, teto do quarto com muita humidade e a descascar e não limpavam o chão, pequeno almoço muito fraquinho e as vesses faltava pão.

Porta entrada com problema de fechadura, para bem de fechar, à que bater com a porta até acordar meia rua.
Location is right in the middle of beautiful Angra do Heroismo, a few steps from the marina and with lots of restaurants and attractions around. Our room was unexpectedly spacious, bright and clean giving us the best possibility to rest and relax. Bathroom also big enough. Very comfy beds. Wi-Fi worked perfectly, so was the air-condition. There is a kettle with selection of teas in the room. Breakfast is very basic, but I didn't expect anything more. For the two stars hotel and the price you pay you get way more than expected.
Coffee at breakfast isn't good.

Dovrebbero comprare materassi e cuscini nuovi, ogni mattina mi svegliavo con torcicollo e mal di schiena. I materassi inoltre emanavano un odorino di vecchio

Sehr gute Lage - der Strand ist quasi um die Ecke. Bequeme Betten, eine Klimaanlage, ein Minikühlschrank sowie ein Wasserkocher waren vorhanden. Sehr freundlicher und hilfsbereites Servicepersonal.
Die Bilder sahen bei der Buchung ein bisschen anders aus. Ich dachte auf dem Balkon könne man sitzen. Es war aber eher ein französischer Balkon. Leider gab es Schimmel im Badezimmer. Das Frühstück war eine Enttäuschung. Es gab kein frisches Gemüse, keine Eier und nur eine Sorte Obst. Ansonsten nur ungesundes Essen, was nicht satt macht. Die Straße war sehr laut, weshalb es besser war, mit geschlossenen Fenstern zu schlafen.

Sem elevador e ar condicionado funcionava mal estando o apartamento quente. Pequeno almoço podia facilmente ser melhorado
