Cons:

No lift. Elderly customer with mobility problem find it difficult to climb the stairs to their room. Bathroom door lock damaged & not repaired. Later changed room.

Location is good, nearby got foodcourt good for night activities. and you can have a dimsum for breakfast

Cons:

We requested for non-smoking room, however, one of the room had very heavy smoke, another room toilet had the same problem. air-con not well functioning. blanket got blood stain.
