Everything is catastrophic about this hotel . No parking , staff too bad

nothing. The hotel is scary and dark and poor internet connection in the room. I left the hotel at 06:00 in the morning because of my allergy. I couldn't sleep because there was a lot of soap smell in the bed. the pillows are squares of sofa that are not for the beds. a lot of moisture in the beds and the beds are cold. i could not have money back for the next day because the owner left the hotel at night. hotel are not at the center of city and not easy to find it.
The location was good.
When I arrived they tried to convince me to pay in cash, but I had already paid through booking. Also the bathroom was super disgusting.
Nothing was good except for the location.
- Charged twice. I paid though booking and when I did show the receipt they said they never received the money, so in the end I had to pay twice.
- It is not clean AT ALL.
- The door to the door does not fully close.
- No hot water in the shower, in fact there was barely water at all.
- The tap did not close, so the whole bathroom flooded. No one was in the reception so I could not get any help.
- No wifi in the room.
I switched to the hotel next door, Lixus, after one night. It was full on booking but if you call or email they have more rooms.
