Pros:

A very beautiful hotel, cozy and clean. The room is spacious, though it has two single beds intended for one person. There is coffee and tea in the room. The restaurant offers a lovely view and delicious food.

Cons:

Upon arrival at the hotel, I found out that the spa is closed on Sundays and Mondays. This was quite surprising, as there was no information about it beforehand.

I believe this should be clearly stated when booking through Booking, as the main reason I chose this hotel was to use the spa facilities.

Un séjour magnifique dans un hôtel sublime où je me suis senti parfaitement à l’aise.
Pros:

Un hôtel absolument sublime ! Le Mirador est magnifique, très propre et parfaitement situé avec une vue incroyable. L’ambiance est calme et reposante, on s’y sent vraiment à l’aise dès l’arrivée. Le personnel est très accueillant et professionnel. Les chambres sont confortables et les installations de grande qualité. C’est un endroit idéal pour se détendre et profiter des vacances. Je recommande vivement cet hôtel et j’y reviendrai avec grand plaisir !

Nice views from terrace area and good location
Pros:

Nicely designed and the terrace with the viewpoint was great.

Cons:

The room we had was stuffy with no views (just of parking lot). It clearly was not fully booked but they would not change our room. The heating was set too high and we could not adjust it as reception said it was centrally controlled and was not very helpful. Bathroom had a sewage smell come out of drains from time to time.

Sehr schönes Hotel in guter Lage
Pros:

Super Lage mit Blick auf die Stadt. Zimmer war sauber und modern. Große Dusche - leider hat das Badezimmer stark nach Abfluss gerochen. Parkplätze waren ausreichend vor dem Gebäude vorhanden. Bar und Restaurant top.
