Pros:

This is not a venue targeting foreigners. Don't try to use English :) But its charming and the pools are lovely. Perfect for seniors and adults.

Cons:

Food is not what you would expect from Spain, dine somewhere else.

Lovely place for short stay
Pros:

I really don't understand the low ratings from other guests.
We really enjoyed it.
The room is comfortable and nicely furnished, and the entire hotel is somewhat Titanic-themed.
There are interesting exhibits from the Titanic in the hallway near the dining room.
The bed is comfortable, very clean, and the staff is very friendly. Although they don't speak much English, they are really helpful and very polite.
The breakfast was delicious, typical of a three-star hotel. The pools are simply superb.
We recommend it for short stays, and entry to the pools is included in the price.

Cons:

There is no kettle in the room to make coffee or tea.
Very poor communication with the hotel via email - they simply do not reply.
Small shower.

folks in neighbour room same level paid 52e pp (104e for room no dinner included) !!!
Pros:

Breakfast good to v good. Thermal pools which were excellent, cafe's good.

Cons:

Dinner was poor apart from the fish on the main course. All vegetables on starter+main were canned and tasteless.

Room was clean but lacked courtesy water bottles and fridge which would be essential in warmer weather.

Pros:

Friendliness of staff. The warm waters of the swimming pool the views of surrounding area.. The fact it's still very oldy worldy .

Cons:

Bit of a language barrier but got it sorted. Wished we had been informed that you hire the towelling robes and use them for your stay and get refunded.

We really enjoyed our visit, but breakfast was very disappointing.
Pros:

A very impressive building, in a perfect location to enjoy the beautiful thermal baths. The staff were very friendly and welcoming.

Cons:

The only complaint was about the breakfast. A beautiful old dining room, but breakfast was very poor. A bread roll, with one slice of processed cheese and one of ham (not serrano). Orange juice from a carton, and one cup of coffee was all that we could have.

El entorno y los hoteles son preciosos, la playa termal una maravilla, las zonas comunes están muy bien cuidadas

No hay concordancia entre el precio del alojamiento y lo que ofrece. Hablo desde mi perspectiva, pero la habitación es muy “normal” para el precio que te cobran, el desayuno otro desastre, te ponen un trozo de pan con jamón y poco más, y para cenar? Es más un menú infantil que otra cosa, muy poca variedad y platos congelados

Si conocer de cerca el Titanic, este es tu hotel. :)
Pros:

Las piscinas son únicas la recomiendo 100%. La cena justita, pero cenar cenas, el personal muy bien. En fin, te sientes como en un geriátrico pero si sabes a lo que vienes pues bien...es lo que hay

Hay que darle una vuelta a las duchas. Un plato de ducha no vendria mal. Las instalaciones del hotel bien.

Cons:

La recepcionista, nos tuvo 20 min esperando + los 10 de la recepcionista anterior, por que estaban con el cambio de turno y hasta que no terminó de hacer caja nos dijo que no nos podía hacer el Check in sin tener nadie detrás de nosotros, un tiempo precioso que se pierde después de un largo viaje y del cansancio.
