The Rizqun International Hotel

Spacious, clean room.

I stayed for 3 nights and it was unfortunately one of the worst hotel experiences I’ve had. Check-in was delayed by over 30 minutes due to a mistake on the hotel’s side. The lobby Wi-Fi was unavailable throughout the stay because of maintenance issues. Breakfast was terrible — very limited options and poor in both taste and quality. The hotel itself is outdated and poorly maintained. I wouldn’t recommend staying here.

チェックアウト前日は、部屋清掃をスキップされたがタオルは新しいのをくれました。
部屋と同じフロアは、毎日イベント（結婚式）を、やっていましたが騒がしくはありません。
スタッフの方は皆親切でした。
また泊まりたい。

Property is old but very spacious. Staff members are not most friendly, not rude though. The main reason that I chose this hotel is because of its location. It’s connected to a mall with lots of restaurants around. The night market is just 5 minutes walk.

It’s an old building. Guest rooms are very spacious but the AC is VERY strong! It still felt cold when I turned the AC off all night.

Location is great! Lots of restaurants around in walking distance.

Room was too cold for me. Even if set at 26C it is still cold. I guess thermostat is broken.

Nice hotel; however, it has just one restaurant with a very limited menu.

The hotel is link to a shopping mall. Many foods options nearby. Breakfast is boring as every day is almost the same menu. Walking distance to a local fish market.
Room is clean and big. The bed and pillows are very comfortable. Air conditioner in the room is very cold. Sometimes, we have to off it

Very spacious room with very strong AC. It’s still very cold even though I turned it off. The property is old and a little rundown. Wifi is very unstable. Not recommend for business trip. Lots of shops and restaurants nearby though.

Like what I had chosen, they are convenient and next to mall. How can I get my official receipt of my stay?

Great rooms, friendly staff, convenient location. The only area for improvement is probably breakfast. Is a bit on the simple side compared to the rest of the product offered. This was our second stay, and likely to be back. Good place to stay in central Bandar.

Very good value for money. Dinner buffet at $22 and they taste great.

Quite an old hotel already. Room is big.

Spent one night, needing a hotel close to the airport. The grand deluxe rooms were huge and well equipped. One room was noisy, located next to the function rooms. However, at 11PM on the dot, as promised, it went totally quiet.
Staff was very friendly.
Breakfast was ok, but not great.
Can see ourselves returning.

We requested room change as the first room had no view and receptionist granted our request- easy process where we didn’t have to go back down to reception - they sent their concierge up with a new key card.

Unfortunately we were only given one door key card and when I requested for an extra card- it was refused. It was just not practical to have just one key card as the lift requires a Key card, which means my husband and I cannot go out at separate times.

We were given internet access code but restricted login to only one device

Breakfast - great selection and the food was yummy

The signage from out of the lift to get to the rooms was not clear. The long corridor was a bit spooky at night.

Lifts were close to the reception end and could be a long walk if your room is at the end of the corridor. The other lift in the middle of the corridor is only for swimming pool access from upper floors.

Staff was unfriendly in bathroom shower curtains are soooo Dirty air condition you cant controlled individually only central air condition surounding the bath tub full of fungus my room was 504 in the breakfest restaurant limited service i ask for ginger tea they said cost me 10 dollar only for peace of ginger. Overall i was not so satisfied
