接客丁寧、室内広い、立地場所
駅からの近道あり
駅数分のロケーションでコスパも素晴らしい。
喫煙室をリクエストしたが、入室するなりタバコの匂いが強烈過ぎた。換気か芳香剤を使うべき。
スタッフさん皆さん親切に対応して頂きました。
エレベーター前が汚れていてスタッフさんに勇気出して伝えたら丁寧に対応してくださいました。
(他のお客さんは何も言わず言ってしまったので言うか迷いましたが）
休憩中なのか分からないけど女性スタッフさん何人かは挨拶返して貰えず悲しかったです。

コップが赤青２色置いてあったが両方共にコーヒー色の汚れが付いていた。ニオイも気になり〜洗面所のカップを洗って白湯を飲んだ。

春先の体感が難しい時期だったかもしれないが､空調が暖房にしたのに冷たかった
とにかく新大阪駅から近いのと、朝食を含めホテル代安い！
特段悪いところはありません。
Exceptionally well located hotel just outside the east exit of shin osaka station. It even has a back passage exit which comes out directly opposite the station so is literally a stone's throw away, but I was not disturbed by the sound of trains. The staff were very helpful at check in. Amenities like towels, tea, razors etc are available to take free at reception. The room was a very good size at this price point and had a kettle, slippers and table and chair. You could even see the shinkansen from the room - a must for train lovers (room 617). It was very quiet throughout my stay. Ideally located if you are using the shinkansen and exceptional value for money. I would stay here again.
Bed only had one pillow.

新大阪駅の東口からとにかく近い！出張の時は、また利用したいと思います。
また、相対的にホテルの値段が高くなってる中でのこのお値段はお得だと思います。
特にないです。強いていうなら、廊下の音が少し聞こえるくらいです。
新大阪駅東口から直ぐでした。コンビニも飲食店も有って便利です。
エレベーターの直ぐ前の部屋で話し声がたまに聞こえましたが以外とまわりも静かなホテルだと思いました。
excelente hotel en general, esta muy bien ubicado junto a la estación de metro, las habitaciones son de buen tamaño, tiene televisión, ducha, tina, cama de buen tamaño y escritorio. en la planta baja hay un restaurante y alrededor también puedes encontrar algunas opciones, si me volvería a hospedar aquí
lo único que no me gusto es que nuestra habitación olía a cigarro y nosotros no la pedimos en area de fumadores, aunque a la larga te acostumbras y hay unos aromatizantes en la habitación
