Convenient location
Pros:

The location was good. It was close to Shin Osaka Station, but there was a shortcut to the station, even closer to the regular route. The front desk staff was very kind and courteous. The room was very clean too.

Cons:

I really enjoyed the stay at this hotel.

Ideal für meine Zwecke (kurzer Geschäftsaufenthalt.
Pros:

Das Frühstück war traditionell japanisch, das Zimmer war klein, älter möbliert, aber sehr sauber. Das Hotel war praktisch in der Nähe des Bahnhofs gelegen. Das Personal war sehr hilfsbereit und zuvorkommend. Das Englisch war nicht ganz perfekt.

駅が近いので、早朝出発に便利なホテル！
Pros:

翌朝早くの新幹線で東京に向かう予定がありましたので、新大阪駅近くの立地は有難かったです。宿泊料金がリーズナブルで、部屋も落ち着いた雰囲気でぐっすり眠れました。今回は早朝チェックアウトだったので、朝食を味わうことができませんでしたが、次回は朝食込みで宿泊したいと思います。

受付担当に傷つけられました

建物は古いが部屋は落ち着いて過ごせた

Cons:

受付担当について　受付は私がしたが大坂市の税について自分にはせずに後からきた友達に請求した
どう考えても私が障害があるから、後で来る介助者に請求したと考えられました
非常に傷つきました　受付したその場で予約者の私に請求するのが正規ではないですか
