Ishak Pasa Palace by Joyway Hotels

Situated in a strategic location in Fatih, next to Hagia Sofia, Topkapi Palace and Blue Mosque. Walking distance to Spice Bazaar which was good for morning stroll. Hotel staffs are all nice, friendly & welcoming. Hotel serves Traditional Turkish Breakfast each morning. Room is aesthetically pleasing, but the windows and walls are not sound proof so you could hear vehicle passing by or people talking or walking pass. Hotel provides tours, pay by cash only either in TL or €. I recommend taking the airport transfer (provided by the hotel at a price), as public transport in Istanbul is often very pack.

The staff was amazing. I love the hotel and the area surrounding it. Not sure why my bed broke as soon as i sat on it, but they upgraded my room to a better one with a balcony facing the sea which is pretty cool!

War nur 2 Stunden da. So schmutzig . Zimmer im Keller ohne Fenster. Bin sehr viel auf der Welt unterwegs, jedoch so ein schmutziges Hotel brauche ich nicht. Habe mich gekümmert und mir selbst eine Unterkunft besorgt. Dieses Hotel ist schrecklich.

Nuestra estadía, fue muy agradable, desde que llegamos el muchacho en recepción fue muy atento y amable, todos fueron amables y atendieron a todas nuestras solicitudes.
La habitación era cómoda, la cama y las almohadas y y con todo lo necesario.
Excelente ubicación, muy cerca de restaurantes y de muchos lugares principales.

This hotel is super loud and not great. Person outside our room at 1am organizing towels in loud crinkly bags. Thats how thin the walls and doors are I am aware that Istanbul is loud but this was like as loud as a cardboard box. The room was miniature with no bathroom fan. Super hot in November and the aircon did not work. Only blew hot air even when on regular fan setting or on aircon setting. This area is super expensive restaurants all scamming tourists. Find another area, trust me. Least favorite part of istanbul. 220Lira for a beer everywhere in this area. Go anywhere else and its 100Lira. Trust me. Free breakfast was so so. Not really worth it here. Everytime you walk past any of the restaurants near the hotel they hastle you to come in. Nowhere else in istanbul does this really.

スタッフの皆さんがみんな親切でした。バスタブはない部屋でした。
道路に面する半地下のお部屋だったので少し車の音が聞こえましたが、光がなかったのでよく眠れました。

Nice hotel but lacks in maintenance especially in the bathroom and no city view from deluxe double room as mentioned; expensive for what it is. Correct breakfast without more, average service.

Booked a room large window per the picture. Checked in and found out it’s a basement room without window.

excellent guest relations. all of the front desk personnel's are very professional and helpful 10. even they arranged airport pick-up and dropp off as well. only complaint no exhaust system in the bathroom

Das Personal war mega nett und hilfsbereit. Das Hotel an sich war sehr sauber. Das Bad und die Toilette waren besonders sauber!

Für den Preis finde ich dieses Hotel sehr empfehlenswert.

Einzige Nachteil was ich wahrgenommen habe, war der Geräuschpegel. Es fahren relativ viele Autos und Busse durch, welches man hört als gäbe es keine Fenster. Genauso hört man alles was außerhalb der Tür geschieht.

Außerhalb dessen verdient dieses Hotel alle vollen Sterne von mir. Bei meiner nächsten Anreise werde ich dieses Hotel definitiv wieder buchen.

Sebastian me recibió muy cálido, muy servicial y atento, me explicó de forma más fácil cómo llegar a pie a los lugares turísticos, todos se portaron muy amables.

Prachtige locatie, gezellige sfeer, heel vriendelijk personeel.

Situada en zona muy centrica, personal amable, lindas instalaciones.
Falta aislacion de corredor en habitaciones y una mesita escritorio vendria bien en la pieza.

The hotel is located on a one way street. It can get very noisy at times and the windows aren’t sound proof. Breakfast is decent and the personnel is nice and helpful.

Have to say we were very happy staying at this hotel. Staff went over and above especially Sebastian and Burak. In a great location, close walk to restaurants plus all the big tourist attractions. Sebastian helped us enormously by lending us his Metro card also. Just a joy to stay at
