Rajdarshan - A Lake View Hotel in Udaipur

Beautiful hotel, friendly staff. Breakfast & diner in buffet with a lot of good dishes. I specially liked the french fries and grilled fish with tartare sauce. There was a swimming pool but not attractive to swim in. Only 1 or 2 chairs to lay at the pool, no sun only shade. We had room 408. Superb room, large and with stunning views over the lake. Good bathroom and shower.

Lovely modern hotel with clean rooms. Beautiful sunset lake views from rooms and rooftop restaurant. Restaurant on lobby level serves good food and is fine for small groups. Small but ok pool to relax at end of day around city. Friendly staff.

Lovely hotel, although a little pricier than others around. I could have done with a balcony and/ or a lake view for the price.
Room was clean, comfortable and well maintained, restaurant was lovely with a rooftop terrace overlooking the lake.
I had to stay 2 nights instead of the 3 that I booked due to the large distance I had to travel. The hotel wouldn’t refund the third night which I thought was quite inflexible.

Do not bother with this hotel.
It’s dark and some rooms had terrible odours.
The staff however were very accomodating.
This hotel should be aimed at the Indian domestic tourist NOT international tourists.
Could not even provide a full breakfast, staff explained to us that this was due to lack of hotel patrons.
Avoid this hotel.

Pathetic hotel with Nala view rooms(not a lake view). Breakfast was sub standard with no live counter no bakery items. Room was filled with varnish smell. No amenities like slippers or iron was provided in room. Entire hotel had a single iron. It should be 2 star property at max.

Staff is friendly and nice.. amazing delicious food.. overall it's a good experience.. balcony view was amazing i prefer everyone to once try balcony room.. cleaning I must give them 10/10.. looking forward to get a booking again...

Overlooking a lake which is nice, especially at night with a terrace dining area - makes for a pleasant and relaxing ambience.
Short walk to a crossroad with shops, but no eateries all clothing. Can avail public transport from there.
Dinner was great but it took forever to be served. Menu was fine but then the kitchen was not serving everything that was on it.
Breakfast was just about average again service was an issue.
Cable TV didn't work.
Overall pleasant experience. They just need to exert a little bit more.

This is my first time staying with hotel Rajdarshan and the experience is beyond my expectation. The staff from reception to make sure your stay is comfortable and pleasant. This is something I really admire about Rajdarshan. The variety and quality of the food were beyond excellent. The pool, the gym, ample parking space, the facilities and amenities are unparalleled here and it is truly an experience to enjoy for each person.

The stay was a pleasant experience here staying at Rajdarshan.. I extremely enjoyed the stay it was beyond expectations...great service .the staff was excellent at its paces regarding the coordination the support the politeness.. The hospitality of the staff, the amazing food at restaurant, spa facilities and well trained instructors of the gym summed up an unforgettable experience.

Nice location, city palace was 1.2 km from hotel, near to market, rooms are very good with nice view of lake, Food at rooftop restaurant was bit pricey but was nice. Swimming pool was not that clean,
Staffs are very good and cooperative.

I headed up this weekend for a stay at Rajdarshan and as always this place never disappoints! It is hands down our favorite place to go. The staff is always so nice and whether you want to enjoy a relaxing drink or breakfast or dinner you just simply can’t go wrong!! The rooms are absolutely wonderful and the beds are so comfortable you almost want to sleep the day away! Thank you again for another great stay!

Early check-in was allowed for us.
They have a good gym as well.Stayed for a night it is bit far from City palace and lake pitchola but you can get autos easily outside hotel

It is located just to the center of the city with a local market by footsteps. Even it is so easy to travel all places nearby... Hotel & staff is amazing with the best services.
Staffs are helpful. They have good restaurant at top. We just love our stay here.

The hotel and staff were great! Be aware that they have remodeled the hotel, so some of the information on the Agoda app is out of date. They no longer have twin beds, but were able to accommodate us by making a "Hollywood twin" . The location was great because you could walk to local shopping and you could easily walk to the City Palace and surrounding areas. The road is a little busy out front, but you just need to have your wits about you and stay alert. The staff was fabulous and the hotel is very clean and updated.

This hotel is a great choice if you’re in Udaipur. We went for the balcony room, very clean, spacious and comfortable. There’s a roof top restaurant with nice views over Udaipur and serves tasty food and ice cold beer.

I booked this hotel seeing many positive reviews, but frankly i feel most of them seem to be paid.
Staff is rude and non cooperative.
Dirty water with a very bad smell and water logging in the bathroom with no solution for 2 days above all they don't have any shame for this issue.

I visited Rajdarshan with my family in October and the place has it’s own vibe which is very rich and the place is walking from all sightseeing.
The room were spacious and the staff treated us very well.
Washrooms were very clean and well maintained.

The hotel is partly abandoned with a forgotten pool area and sharing an entrance with a slum in the worst part of town. The room was not cleaned well and the breakfast despite having good dood is located in a dungeon. I was sorry to have booked despite having a view of this secondary lake
