Wonderful waterfront stay in a perfect location.
Pros:

We didn’t have breakfast included in our stay, but actually preferred ordering from the à la carte breakfast menu, which we really enjoyed sitting outside overlooking the beach and the beautiful bay.

The location of Hotel Espléndido is fantastic. Everything in Port de Sóller is within easy walking distance, and it is also very convenient for catching the Sóller tram. We particularly loved being able to walk straight across the road from the hotel for a swim in the sea.

The hotel has several pool areas, although we didn’t use them during our stay as they are located behind the hotel and are set over different levels and terraces. We much preferred swimming in the sea, although it is worth noting that the hotel doesn’t have its own sunbeds or umbrellas on the beach.

Our room was very comfortable, and the room service menu was also good. The staff throughout the hotel were extremely helpful and welcoming.

We also used the spa and had some wonderful massages — the therapists were excellent and this was definitely a highlight of our stay.

We would happily stay at Hotel Espléndido again. For us, it felt like one of the best hotel options in Port de Sóller, particularly because of its wonderful location right on the waterfront.

Cons:

The main thing that could be improved would be having some hotel sunbeds and umbrellas available on the beach, as the location is perfect for swimming and we would have loved the option to spend more time there comfortably.

Parking was also more difficult than we had expected. The hotel does not have its own parking, and we used a nearby paid public parking area. Over a six-night stay, having to regularly return to top up the parking became quite inconvenient, particularly as the online payment option was not working for us. A simpler parking arrangement or clearer long-stay parking option would definitely improve the experience.

Прекрасный сервис, отличное качество уборки! Мини-бар входит в стоимость, и регулярно пополнялся.
Отличный напор воды, удобные кровати. Если подняться на 5 этаж на лифте - попадается в отлично спроектированный сад с панарамным видом на море, лежаками, кафе и бассейнами и душем - просторно, тихо и комфортно. Прямо перед отелем чуть каменистый пляж, можно купаться в море, и потом возращаться на свой лежак в саду, без какой-либо доплаты за лежаки на пляже. Прекраный ресторан с отличным рейтингом прямо 1 этаже отеля , ресторан второго этажа утром обеспечит вас отличным завтраком! Не бюджетный отель, но очень комфортный и стильный, рекомендую!

Cons:

Мы читали в отзывах ранее, что плохой wifi на террритории отеля и были к этому готовы. Действительно, смотреть телевидение у нас не получилось, и в осноном мы пользовались собственным мобильным интернетом. Пожалуй, это - единственное, над что можно здесь улучшить

Une expérience fantastique du début à la fin
Pros:

Nous avons passé cinq nuits merveilleuses à l’hôtel Espléndido, et tout a été parfait, de notre arrivée jusqu’au départ.

Nous sommes arrivés très tard le premier soir, après 1 heure du matin, et l’accueil a immédiatement donné le ton du séjour. La personne à la réception a été adorable : elle a pris en charge notre voiture pour aller la garer et nous a préparé un club sandwich avec des bouteilles d’eau, en nous disant simplement de monter nous reposer. Une attention qui nous a énormément touchés après le voyage.

Et quelle surprise en découvrant notre chambre ! Elle était superbe, avec une immense terrasse d’environ 50 m², probablement l’une des plus grandes de l’hôtel : deux transats, des fauteuils, une table pour pouvoir prendre ses repas dehors et surtout une vue absolument magnifique sur le port de Sóller.

Tout au long du séjour, nous avons trouvé l’ensemble du personnel extrêmement sympathique, attentionné et chaleureux.

L’hôtel est également superbe : deux piscines, dont une adaptée aux familles, de très beaux jardins avec énormément de transats et suffisamment d’espace pour tout le monde. La piscine à débordement située plus en hauteur, avec sa vue sur le port, est particulièrement magnifique.

Le spa est également une vraie réussite, avec une grande salle de sport très bien équipée, une piscine chaude, un bain froid, un sauna et un hammam. Tout est pensé pour pouvoir réellement profiter de l’hôtel et se détendre.

Nous avons adoré nos cinq nuits ici et nous recommandons Espléndido sans aucune hésitation. L'emplacement directement sur le port est idéal : on peut parfaitement venir quelques jours simplement pour se reposer et profiter de Port de Sóller sans avoir besoin de voiture. Et pour un séjour plus long, c’est également une excellente base pour partir découvrir en voiture les magnifiques villages et paysages des environs.

Un hôtel où l’on se sent vraiment bien et où le sens de l’accueil fait toute la différence.
