Wir haben das Hotel im Februar besucht. Alles war optimal, lediglich die Pools waren etwas kühl.
Pros:

Sehr reichhaltiges, leckeres Frühstück und ausgesprochen freundliches Personal. Wahl zwischen Buffett und à la carte möglich. Ausblick phänomenal.

Perfect weekend with a view
Pros:

The location was perfect with a fantastic view of the beach and bay. The pools were fantastic. The sauna, steam room were clean and comfortable. Antonia at reception was very friendly and gave us a good history of her family’s attachment to Soller. Very interesting. Thank you.

Fabulous hotel. The most welcoming staff from the very start at the front desk.
Great facilities. A wonderful spa with an ice bath. I was there to run a mountain ultra that finished in Port de Soller. I couldn’t have chosen a better place to stay. Thank you

Der Kaffee muss optimiert werde. Die Nespresso Maschine im Zimmer macht besseren Kaffee als die Maschine beim Frühstück.

Stunning location, garden-view room was small
Pros:

Location of the hotel is excellent. Unfortunately I was in the garden room. The room was a bit on the smaller side and there was only one chair to sit down. I did like how they provided little delicious snacks at the end of the day Pretend on service that was a nice treat. The shower had excellent water pressure. And a hotel like this I would expect a bidet.

Cons:

The garden room was on the small side. We had only one chair to sit down, and the other person had to sit on the bed. The hotel room coffee was delicious but the coffee at the restaurants was very weak.

Too expensive, room was tiny and no breakfast included for the price I won’t do it again
Cons:

The spa was a disaster the manicurist broke my nails and litterally cut my nail in half because she used a machine that wasn’t adapted just because she was lazy to do it by hand - I was bleeding no commercial effort was made

Pros:

Hotel Espléndido exceeded expectations- smooth check in, amazing accommodations. We loved our sea view terrace and the infinity pool. The location was superb and the breakfast was delightful.

Beautiful stay, exceeding all expectations! Website doesn’t do it justice. Everything is covered. Lovely extras include beach bags, beach towels, pool towels, flip flops and dressing gown, complimentary mini bar and even more! Just wonderful, we will be back!!

Cons:

The pool kiosk to open a little earlier, 12 to open and 1pm for food was a little late as we would’ve liked waters and coffees etc! Also closes at 4pm and we would’ve loved a drink by the pool a little later than this as it was still lovely and sunny etc,

Best hotel in a lovely location
Pros:

Loved everything about this hotel. The location and views were great. The staff were friendly and accommodating. The large garden room with terrace was perfect for our stay - I loved the fact we had a mini fridge which was replenished daily with drinks and the afternoon water and local snack hand delivered to the room was a lovely thoughtful touch.
Having a basket in the room to use for beach trips was a great touch also and very useful.
The swimming pool area was nice and quiet and well maintained. I like that there is a separate adults pool and area (even though I didn’t really get to use that as I have a child myself).

Cons:

Nothing. Everything was perfect. I would love to return and have recommended to family!

I would not recommend this hotel
Pros:

Location, food, it was beautiful and we were really excited at check in

Cons:

Our shower wouldn’t drain the first night and maintenance was already gone, so no showers the first day which was hard. Then we had a leak from the ceiling the second day and maintenance was again gone already when it started, so we had to listen to water dripping from the ceiling in our room the entire night and it continued to get worse. The maintenance showed up the next day and said it was the AC and no big deal. I guess it happens a lot. There were also no blackout curtains, so us and our kids woke up super early and got very little sleep. We would not stay here again. The manager gave us a small credit but wasn’t apologetic at all and argued with us about the shower issue and we had to take her to the room and show her before she believed us.
