Heaven! Would return in a heartbeat!
Pros:

This hotel is a slice of heaven. Seriously.

It’s one of those hotels where everything clicks. Staff were outstanding. Room was outstanding. Facilities were outstanding. The photos are exactly what you get. We were originally booked for four nights in April 2026 and were able to switch rooms and stay an extra night. Consider bypassing staying in Palma, come here instead and just take the train to Palma as a day trip.

Anna at the front desk was exceptional. She set up the extra night effortlessly and easily booked transport directly to the airport. She is a true gem!

Cons:

Nothing, it was heaven. It’s worth the money!

I actually thought that I would be annoyed by the little tram going by every hour after two days, but nope, it was charming every time! Loved it!

Stunning hotel in the best location ever!
Pros:

The location and views from the hotel are exceptional - the terraces and pools overlooking the sea are just glorious, and the Spa a gem of an oasis. The staff couldn't have been more helpful, and even after checkout, we were able to use the hotel facilities and leave our bags in a secure area until we needed to leave for the airport. My daughter (adult) and I had the best stay here!

Excellent hotel
Pros:

Very friendly staff. Excellent room and spotlessly clean.

Cons:

It would be useful to have the pool bar open for coffees and teas etc a little earlier in mornings, save having to get take aways from breakfast area.

Absolute belter of a hotel, in a picturesque and relatively unknown resort in Mallorca! Visit here!!
Pros:

Warm and welcoming from the offset, modern room, clean and comfortable.

The view was simply unbelievable.

Facilities were exactly as stated 👌🏻

We had a late flight home, and we were able to pay for the room extending half a day, which was a nice touch.

Cons:

I’m struggling to think of any thing that springs to mind

Pros:

Perfect location and beautiful view of the sunset every evening. The rooftop gardens and pools were top notch. The staff was very kind and accommodating.

Overall disappointing stay. We had to leave early and pay a penalty even though booking.com were accommodating the hotel
Pros:

The location is great, the views from the hotel our outstanding.

Splendid!!
Pros:

Wonderful stay. Beautiful hotel and surroundings. Everything has been considered so thoroughly. The food and service was exceptional.

Cons:

Poor WiFi in room and by pool. Had to use 5G hotspot at the pool.

Everything was perfect!
Pros:

Everything!!! Even they way how they handle the BEV parking lot situation.

Cons:

Some guests had lack of good behavior and manners in the hotel parking lot. They insisted on using charging spaces for BEV, besides the clear signs form the hotel.
