The regular rooms are very small, and the double beds are short in length. I payed extra at the lobby for an upgrade to "family suite" as is the only one type of room with a nice bed for 2

Отличный отель , каждый раз в районе Фатих ( Лалели) останавливаюсь в этом отеле 🥳 Чистота , комфорт , отличная шумоизоляция , очень тепло в номерах с шикарными завтраками и со своим прекрасным рестораном 🔥 очень вкусно 🤤 готовят ))) Все в пешей доступности, как будете на месте все поймете 🙌 И , что самое важное персонал 🙌👍👍👍 не запомнила имен , но парень который в ресторане высокий такой , просто замечательный и очень воспитанный с профессиональным отношением, это прям приятно ) и девочка тоже с ресторана , потрясающая и очень красивая, профи своего дела 🔥🔥🔥 Благодаря таким людям , хочется приезжать в этот отель 🥳🥳🥳 И еще женщина , которая принесла мои аксессуары, которые я забыла вышла из номера : она самая-самая потрясающая и в тот раз тоже ее отношение и теплое отношение с улыбкой на лице очень понравилась 😘🫶 Они очень отзывчивы и прекрасно одеты , очень важная деталь - это приятно безумно 😍 Спасибо вам за всё , ребята 🫶 Вы лучшие , я очень ценю вас и чисто из-за вас заселяюсь в этот прекрасный отель 🥳🥳🥳

Все отлично 👍 Расположение тоже отличное , буквально 50 метров от 🚋 дороги 🙌 и тихое место ))) высыпаться будете на ура 🎉 Для тех , кто ценит комфорт 🔥 Постель также очень удобная и хрустящая чистая 🔥 Номера оборудованы в современном стиле , есть все необходимое ⛱️ Клининг делают каждый день 🫶 Все потрясающе 👍 Бонусом еще принесли фрукты , целую тарелку 😊 очень мило и приятно 🤲☺️

Disappointed, gross and never again.

Maybe the staff was a bit understandable of the situation, thats honestly the only thing i liked

Cons:

Every thing was very not clean and there was blood in one of the bed sheet and they tried to move me to another room but it was the same i founds so much dirt and weird stuff in my bed i even took some pictures because it was horrible

All in all a great experience, would book again
Pros:

Very good location (directly next to Metro/Tram, 10 min walk from attractions)
Extensive and tasty breakfast buffet
Daily room service and fresh towels
Clean and mold-free bathroom
Helpful staff able to fulfill special requests
Exceptional value for money (we paid 85€ per night for a 2-person room)

Cons:

Bathroom is rather small (we expected this)
Windows are not really sound-proof, luckily the street outside is pretty quiet
The beds are firm, which sone people might dislike
The coffee at the breakfast buffet comes from a machine, but is just Nescafe (this seems to be typical in Istanbul)
The rooms lack hooks to hang and air out clothes overnight. There is a small wardrobe, but it's not ideal.
