Pros:

フロントの対応は良かった。充電器を貸していただき感謝します。

Cons:

トイレの流れが悪く、全体的に老朽化を感じました。洗面所にコバエのような虫がいた事で残念さを感じた。部屋も隅々まで掃除が行き届いておらず埃まみれで、残念でした。

The staff at the property was very accommodating and nice. They were the reason we liked the property.

Cons:

The bed and pillows were not that comfortable was the only negative. The bathtub didn’t drain well.

Hôtel situé dans une rue au calme bien qu'à moins de 5 mn à pied de la gare d'Ueno.
Personnel aimable. Chambre propre.

Cons:

Quelques marches avant d'accéder à la réception, sans rampe d'accès, un peu compliqué avec des valises lourdes.

Pros:

駅近です！近くにコンビニもあり、ごはん屋はたくさんあります！立地がいいです。朝、公園を散歩できて気持ちがいいです。
スタッフの方の対応もすごく良かったです！
エレベーターが2台あって待たされることはほぼなくて良かったです。

Cons:

設備が古いのが気になる人は気になるとは思います。清掃が行き届いているので私はなにも気になりませんでした。ただ少し狭いかもです。

Very friendly staff. The room a/c worked really well. The TV and WiFi worked well too.

Cons:

The window is taped with a white sheet so you cannot see the outside. I felt a little enclosed. At least it opens so I was able to open it and feel better.

Nice clean hotel in convenient safe location.
Pros:

Small hotel in a good location right across from Ueno train station. Also close to the skyliner train station that we took to get from the airport. There is a convenience store at the end of the block and also a short walk to Ueno Park which we really enjoyed. Rooms are small, hard to open 2 suitcases BUT actually larger then most rooms in Tokyo. Very clean. Staff where nice and helpful. Price is good. Would stay here again.

Cons:

The pillow was SO hard it felt like sleeping on a brick. My ear was sore in the morning.
