Good location in Ueno
Pros:

This hotel is well-located in Ueno. Right across the street from the train station and an easy walk to many attractions nearby, including Ueno Park (with its museums), Ameyoko market, Yushima Tenjin Shrine and many restaurants.
The rooms are quite small, and the additional furnishings make for very little room to move around. The bed is right against one wall, making it challenging for one person to get in or out if two people are sharing the room. There is also a step up into the bathroom, posing a possible tripping hazard.
There is a fridge and kettle in the room.
Wifi worked well.
The bed was comfortable and there was very little noise from surrounding rooms or the street.
There was little view from the room, however the window did let a reasonable amount of light in.
The staff was very helpful and friendly. They allowed us to store luggage for free for a few hours on our day of departure.
There is a restaurant on the ground floor, and while we didn't make use of it, it looked good from the outside!
For a couple of nights stay, this hotel was convenient and comfortable enough.

Great location close to Ueno station with access to what Tokyo has to offer.
Pros:

Friendly and helpful staff. Excellent location. Smallish room so large luggage may be a problem.

Pros:

雪の日だったので駅近でとても良かった。
夕食は一階のレストランで食べました。とても美味しいお店でした。

Cozy and quiet.
Pros:

2min-walk from the Ueno station and about 5-7 min walk from the Skyline. Clean, cozy and quiet. Staff are very friendly, helpful and professional. Really enjoyed my stay after quite an active holiday)
