We stayed here recently in Feb 2026 for the snow festival. The location was perfect for the snow festival since there were three areas for the snow festival and the main area with snow sculptures and displays for the snow festival was at Odori park and was at least three or four blocks and was walking distance to the hotel. At this location, they also had snow walking poles that you can borrow, which was nice. The other two areas for the festival were: 1) an small ice sculpture area which was one subway stop away and 2) a snow play area with a huge snow slide which was about 45 minutes? away by subway. At the snow slide area, be sure to cue for a numbered ticket for the huge snow slide. We got there about 11am and it took about two hours for our time to be called and they stop issuing tickets after a certain time, so you want to get the earliest time you can.
It was nice that you can go to the hotel without being exposed to the snow generally. To get here, take the train from CTS airport to Sapporo central station and then transfer to the Nambuku line and exit at the Odori station. When exiting, go right to the Poletown shopping mall. Walk in the Poletown for about 15 minutes until you reach the escalators right after the baskin Robbin’s to the area up to the where the hotel is, exit straight and the hotel is to the right in about 3 min walk. In Poletown, if you see the information booth, you have gone too far and need to go back to Baskin.
The hotel itself is pretty nice. The room is small but that’s normal for Japan. They had a nightly happy hour with free drinks and also gave you a voucher for one or two specific alcohols each night you stayed but neither of us drank alcohol, so that wasn’t useful. They said they had soft drinks but we didn’t see any. We got food elsewhere on two nights and ate it with the free drinks at the happy hour and they had no problem with that, which was nice.

Location and value for money
地點位置超方便！後面一側的門出去就是狸小路，購物和吃飯都方便，附近的地下道下去就是地下街，邊逛邊走到薄野站或大通站搭地下鐵很讚，飯店合作的停車場最近的走路也只要1~2兩鐘。
房間上個人認為以札幌市中心來說滿大的，兩個五五開的大行李箱攤開也不會很難走路，6F和10F各有兩台洗衣機比較能分流，早餐看起來很棒，沒加購到感覺有點可惜，整體上是會想再次入住的飯店。
