Dejligt at hotellet hae fitnesscenter.
Pros:

Ingen larm om aften, stilhed var guld for os.
Hotellet ligger lidt væk fra stranden,men kunne sagtens går 6-8min dernede til.
Jaccuzzi på lofter var super dejligt.

Cons:

At man ikke kunne medbringe hjemmelavet sandwiches til udflugt fra spisehallen.

Hotellet er pent.Frokost bra. Lite støydemping. Service og høflighet mangler fra personale
Pros:

Frokost veldig bra! Beliggenhet 200 m fra nydelig strand.

Cons:

Personale var lite imøtekommende og hjelpende. Ingen hei og lite hjelp å få ved spørsmål om hvordan å komme seg til steder i Mallorca fra hotellet.
Veldig lite støydempende. Man hører når naboene er på toalettet og åpner dører

Das Servicepersonal ist sehr freundlich

Cons:

Wasser ist entweder sehr heiss, sehr kalt oder lief gar nicht. Whirlpool konnte nicht genutzt werden, zum einen sehr verdreckt - Reinigung nicht möglich durch uns und das Wasser lief zuerst nur lauwarm dann nur noch kalt.
4 Sterne - finden wir nicht gerechtfertigt - da Schäden an den Möbeln, dreckige / fleckige Böden und Wände. Whirlpool mit „Rostlöchern“ (hatten 2 Zimmer gebucht) Badezimmeramaturen in beiden Zimmern defekt, in einem Zimmer (628) kam am Morgen dreckiges / schwarzes Wasser.
