Beautiful hotel with great staff
Pros:

Luxurious and comfortable . Great facilities, food and service .

Cons:

Seemed to be understaffed probably due to the war but this meant the staff especially on the beach were stressed and overworked . The paths around the pool were dirty too which again I think was due to being short staffed . The staff did an amazing job under the circumstances .

It was not worth to go.
Pros:

Old and not well maintained

Cons:

They are not caring the facility. Especially restaurant was not good. All chairs was damaged and dirty. Also staff is not kind in valet and reception. Bell boy and room service guy was very kind.

We currently not recommed the hotel as what is advertised is not what you'll receive.

We were aware that the region was affected by the ongoing conflict in Iran however we had no updates from the hotel about how they were running i.e. not all restaurants were open, skeleton staff on duty etc. We had paid for a hotel as advertised what we got was a hotel which had around 10 people staying there. Only one restaurant really open (Club Lounge) and a hotel which resembled a ghost town. We informed them that our flight home had been changed by Emirates and brought forward and that we'd be booking out a day early. We were asked if we wanted an early morning call and our cases collected, yes we wanted this. As it turned out, no early morning (0230hrs) call and no one to collect our cases. we complained as we booked out and settled our bill. the receptionist then noticed that the girl whom we'd spoken with regarding our date change hadn't changed it on the system and as such we'd not received those calls or help.

Overall highly recommended and a very nice experience definitely coming back in the near future.
Pros:

The location was ideal, the property was extremely beautiful and clean. The facilities were brilliant and the property made you feel you were living in a Royal Palace.

Cons:

Since the weather was bad raining the outdoor swimming pool closed earlier than usual and so did the indoor pool
