Pros:

Excellent location next to the sanctuary, some food spots and ALDI. The hotel was overall excellent value for money with breakfast included and the set menu dinner very affordable. Staff were also quite friendly.

Cons:

The room interiors are a bit dated and our Air Con didn't work on the second night. The rest was fine

Bom hotel.

Cons:

Pernoitei no apto 409 do hotel do dia 22 para 23 de janeiro. Deixei no móvel ao lado da cama uma correte com pingente de dentinhos (2). Questionei no chat se é possível enviar a corrente pelos correios de Portugal, através de carta registrada para o Brasil, mas nao obtive resposta.

A atenção de todos desde o check-in ao check-out. Funcionários muito atenciosos, com muita dedicação em ajudar, acolher e familiarizar com os hospedes. Em tudo estão sempre ajudando. Nota 1.000.

Visita ao Santuário de Fátima
Pros:

As instalações são excelentes. Quartos com carpete, camas boas.

Cons:

Poucos funcionários para atendimento. A estrutura de restaurante precisa melhorar, pois não conseguimos jantar e nem fazer o pequeno almoço, pois havia um grupo grande de turista e fomos informados de que teríamos que esperar ao menos 15 minutos. Enfim, falta estrutura para atendimento dos hóspedes.
