Saraybosna’da gönül rahatlığıyla kalabileceğiniz güzel bir otel. Otoparkı ücretsiz olması tercih sebebim her zamanki gib
Pros:

Odası büyük ve güzeldi. Personel güler yüzlü ve yardımseverdi. 3. Gidişim bu otele ve yine sağolsunlar odamı upgrade ettiler. Olumsuz hiç bir şey yaşamadım diyebilirim.

Cons:

Kahvaltısı geçtiğimiz senelere göre sıcaklar konusunda zayıftı. Kızartma konusunda çeşitlendirmeler yapılabilir en basitinden çocuklar için patates kızartması vb eklenebilir. Yine kahvaltıda biten ürünler için personele söyleme gereği duydum. Reçel alacaksınız reçel tabakları hiç bir zaman yok mutlaka personele söyleyerek getirtmek durumunda kaldım. Kızartma ekmeği sordum bir defa bitti dendi. Bunları oteli kötülemek için değil kendilerini bu alanda iyileştirmeleri için tavsiye niteliğinde yazıyorum yoksa otelden genel anlamda memnunum.

Tesiste çalışanlar güler yüzlü ilgililer

Cons:

Tesiste kahvaltıyı biraz daha çeşitlendirebilirler , ikinci olarak havlular biraz kirliydi , odada cam açamıyoruz açınca içeri örümcekler giriyor 3 tane örümcek gördük , cam dışının temizlenmesi lazım

I had a leaking lavatory when I entered the room. Then one of the spotlights stopped working and it kept making a buzzing sound. Then the curtains came of the zippers. When I used the pool, there wasn’t enough towers for two, and I had to search around in my swimming shorts and two ladies with headscarves saw me and it wasn’t appropriate

A good experience
Pros:

Location is good not too far Ftom centre.
Available parking.
Near grocery store and near shopping centre.
Easy to find.

Needs better room cleaning although it is not bad. Just to make it cleaner.

Ein toller Aufenthalt etwas außerhalb der City
Pros:

Das Personal war super lieb, hilfsbereit und immer freundlich.
Das Bett war sehr bequem, genau die richtige Härte und ich war sehr zufrieden mit dem Kopfkissen. Meine Frau war vom Kissen weniger beeindruckt.
Das Frühstücksbuffet ist sehr vielfältig, täglich andere Beilagen dabei, stets gut gefüllt und gut unter Kontrolle der Crew.
Das Restaurant im 15. Stock hat einen schönen Ausblick, besonders für Sonnenuntergänge. Es gibt nur Alkoholfreie Getränke (damit niemand springt?!), aber zu sehr guten Preisen, gerade in einem Hotel.
Das Essen was wir uns bestellt haben war ausreichend und sättigend. Und auch hier sind die Preise respektabel. Kann mit Restaurants in der Stadt mithalten.

Cons:

Viele Gäste haben die Tische voller Lebensmittel und sehr unordentlich verlassen. Während eine Mitarbeiterin den versauten Tisch gereinigt hat ist eine Frau vom Nebentisch an den Tisch gegangen, hat die Mitarbeiterin gestört um sich einen Salzstreuer zu holen. 5 Schritte weiter wäre auch einer gewesen, aber dann wäre ihre Figur vielleicht besser geworden weil sie sich bewegt hätte.
Vielleicht hängt das mit unterschiedlichen Kulturen zusammen, und liegt nicht in der Verantwortung des Hotels.

Im Spa-Bereich war es ziemlich laut.

Pros:

Fijne personeel. Erg behulpzaam en meedenkend. De badkamer was super groot. Goede locatie maar druk bezocht. Wij hadden wel makkelijk parkeerplek gevonden.

Cons:

In de nacht mannen en vrouwen op de parkeerplaats die praten.

Room is big ,nice staff

Cons:

The room are not clean theres toast crumbs on the floor and the coffee cup not clean theres stain there is hair on the floor also and sn hour before breakfast close no food all plates empty, when I order coffee they bring class of water with lipstick stain

مواقف السيارات قليلة انته وحظك أيضا الغرفة إلي سكنت فيها كان فيها تعديل وما مصبوغ الجزء إلي على النافذة المنظر العام للغرفة
كان سيء بالنسبة لي أيضاً لا يوجد خدمة حمل الحقائب والإفطار متواضع كذلك سعره غالي وما مستاهل
فندق عادي جداً كذلك الفرش قديمة نوعاً ما

Disappointing value for money spent
Cons:

Self help with luggage! Don’t expect the room to be like what’s showing in pictures
Wasn’t cleaned properly, towels were stained n rough ,spiders and spider webs all around the room , electricity blackouts , breakfast was basic ,water instead of juice in the juice dispensers !! , coffee machine out of service and no hot water .

Ausziehcouch für unsere jungs 4 und 6 ausreichend, für zwei Größere eher knapp bemessen. Fenster waren dreckig, die badewanne war sehr hoch zum einsteigen
Gar nicht gefallen hat mir der spa bereich:
Ich ging mit meinen kindern runter, fragte wo der pool ist, und die same am empfang dachte nicht dran zu sagen, dass der pool gesperrt ist. Kurze zeit später war der pool zugänglich, aber zu kalt.
