Ruime kamer, sfeervol ingericht. Was proper. Goede nachtrust gehad.

Cons:

Hou er rekening mee dat je nog 20 minuten met de tram moet reizen om in het oude centrum te komen. Ontbijt was voldoende, maar werd soms slecht bijgehouden. Verouderde inrichting. Bar/restaurant leek onderbemand.

Cons:

Die Lage ist recht weit ab vom Stadtkern und die Umgebung wirklich nicht schön
Zimmer sind stark in die Jahre gekommen und vieles ist abgewohnt
Zimmer war sehr kalt und die Klima ließ sich nicht regulieren
Zimmer entsprachen nicht den Fotos und die Zimmer wirken sehr ungemütlich
Für den Preis hätten wir etwas anderes erwartet

Kamer is zeer verouderd, schimmel op meerdere plekken in de badkamer, lawaaierige airco - erg storend in de nacht, muffe geur in de kamer en badkamer.

Saraybosna’da gönül rahatlığıyla kalabileceğiniz güzel bir otel. Otoparkı ücretsiz olması tercih sebebim her zamanki gib

Odası büyük ve güzeldi. Personel güler yüzlü ve yardımseverdi. 3. Gidişim bu otele ve yine sağolsunlar odamı upgrade ettiler. Olumsuz hiç bir şey yaşamadım diyebilirim.

Cons:

Kahvaltısı geçtiğimiz senelere göre sıcaklar konusunda zayıftı. Kızartma konusunda çeşitlendirmeler yapılabilir en basitinden çocuklar için patates kızartması vb eklenebilir. Yine kahvaltıda biten ürünler için personele söyleme gereği duydum. Reçel alacaksınız reçel tabakları hiç bir zaman yok mutlaka personele söyleyerek getirtmek durumunda kaldım. Kızartma ekmeği sordum bir defa bitti dendi. Bunları oteli kötülemek için değil kendilerini bu alanda iyileştirmeleri için tavsiye niteliğinde yazıyorum yoksa otelden genel anlamda memnunum.

A good experience
Pros:

Staff are very good.
Breakfast is ok
Good rooms
Location is good not too far Ftom centre.
Available parking.
Near grocery store and near shopping centre.
Easy to find.

Cons:

Needs better room cleaning although it is not bad. Just to make it cleaner.

Bed, masjid, pool

Cons:

I had a leaking lavatory when I entered the room. Then one of the spotlights stopped working and it kept making a buzzing sound. Then the curtains came of the zippers. When I used the pool, there wasn’t enough towers for two, and I had to search around in my swimming shorts and two ladies with headscarves saw me and it wasn’t appropriate
