Pros:

Allt var bra. Speciellt personalen i receptionen och SPA Wellness. Vi bastade, badade och kopplade av på de varma stenarna. Rummen var stora med sköna sängar. Fina barer och restaurang. Bra parkering på insidan.

Cons:

Hade varit bra med servetter och mer papper samt bidehandukar. Extra kuddar i sängen och överkast. En plats att ha resväskan på. Lampa vid skrivbordet som går att använda. Annars älskade vi detta superfina hotell. Vi kommer tillbaka ✨

Recepcioneri su bili bas fini, lepo je uredjen prostor ( specifican stil) imaju parking iza hotela.

Cons:

Prvog nije radio bazen je je bio ispraznjen, drugi dan je bila hladna voda, treci dan je mogao da se koristi ali je takodje bila hladna voda. Kada smo stigli, na recepciji smo dobili vaučer za masazu u hotelu, kada je zakazivana masaza u spa, devojka je samo upisala broj sobe, nije upisala termin. Sutradan je kao zvala na sobu da je boli stomak i da necemo moci da dobijemo tu uslugu. Nije problem do masaze, vec sto pri tom dogovaranju termina ona nije ni upisala vreme za koje smo se dogovorili, i jos tada smo stekli utisak da ce biti nekog problema oko toga.

The room was listed for three people, but the extra bed provided was not very comfortable. It would be better if all sleeping arrangements matched the standard of the main beds.

Pros:

The food is good, the staff is friendly and amazing, helpful. The rooms are spacious and the beds are good, the balcony is huge and the view is superb.

Cons:

Rooms and bathrooms could be a bit cleaner. AC was set at 24c and could not be lowered, also balcony doors are f*ucked and hard to use, there was no shampoo in the room.

Heerlijk verblijf in Sarajevo!
Pros:

Heerlijk ontbijt, fijn dat er verschillende mogelijkheden waren om te eten bij het hotel, de kamer was ruim, de tram naar het centrum stopt aan de overkant van de weg en het binnenzwembad was een grote plus!

Pros:

Hele ruime grote kamer. Heel fijn voor een gezin van 4 personen. Het zwembad was ook erg leuk voor de kinderen. Het is een ruim opgezet hotel met alle faciliteiten die je je maar kunt bedenken. We hebben ook heerlijk gegeten in het panorama restaurant op de 15e etage.

Pros:

Fiyatına göre çok iyi bir odada kaldık, manzaramız güzeldi ve dışarının sesi gelmiyordu, çalışanlar nazikti. Otelin konumu havaalanına yakındı. Odada verdikleri atıştırmalıklar için de ayrıca teşekkür ederim.

Cons:

Bence biraz daha özenli olabilirdi, örneğin birkaç tane kişisel bakım malzemeleri koymanız daha iyi olurdu. Sabun haricinde bir şey yoktu. Fön makinemiz bozuktu. Verdikleri bornozun 3 tarafı yırtıktı. Zaten 1 gün kaldığımız için sorun etmedik.
