Very affordable but limited amenities.
Pros:

Good location. Near the market where you can buy fruits. Very affordable.

Cons:

In-house restaurant as it was under maintenance. The water pressure is not strong during the afternoon. How water or kettle is not free.

Not very good we might not check in again.
Pros:

No breakfast in the hotel. NO AMENITIES LIKE SACHETS only half roll toilet paper and shampoo. Also bathroom are not well maintained and no safety features for senior citizens like us. No plastic mats non slip.

Cons:

More of the amenities. Small sachets of basic needs. Also comfortable blankets and pillows. Only plain sheets.

I like that the staff are very friendly. You feel welcome straightaway 🤗.

Cons:

The property is a bit run down. I guess it's expected for this old building .The pillows haven't been changed so I needed to ask them to give me a new pillow. Before you lay down check that the beddings have been changed. Otherwise you will smell something you don't want to smell. Also if you choose to stay on the 3rd floor there is a mosquito there. Better be prepared and get frustrated.

Pros:

モールやコンビニ、市場などに近く食事や買い物にも便利。カテドラルピープルズパークや図書館に徒歩で行ける。スタッフも親切。

Cons:

特になし。通りの音は多少うるさいがエアコンの音も大きいので気にならない。

not bad but could be better
Pros:

we like the location, staffs were kind

Cons:

the room was a bit dirty esp the floor . we stayed in room 211 and room floor looks really dirty and bathroom needs good update/upgrade.
