Sve mi se dopalo. Hotel je sa restoranom i kafeom na mirnoj lokaciji. Ima predivnu terasu. Spa ima vise sauna i prelep bazen. Otvoreni bazeni se renoviraju. Dorucak je na bazi svedskog stola i ima sve potrebno..Osoblje je ljubazno i usluzno. Smestaj je udoban i cist i ispunio je sva nasa ocekivanja. Pohvalila bih osoblje u restoranu i na recepciji za ulozen trud Zahvaljunuci njima sve je funkcionisalo besprekorno. Rado bismo se vratili ponovo.
Nemamo nikakve zamerke samo pohvale.

Ходих до рецепция, сменихме батериите - пак не заработи.
При предната ми нощувка, в друга стая - отново имаше проблеми с телевизора и програмите.

Micul dejun saracacios, restaurantul neingrijit (praf/murdarie), spatiul/cladirile exterioare necesitau mai multa ingrijire, lucrari la piscina exterioara in timpul micului dejun.

We had a very spacious room with a terrace overlooking a building site. There were no outside furniture on the balcony. The worst thing is a massive renovation project is just outside of the block we stayed in.
We had our spa and wanted to relax after, but builders next door caused mess and sound so we decided to leave this place before check out
The grounds are the real highlight, lots of greenery and a beautiful park that's perfect for a walk to unwind after a long day, plus a pool, a spa, and wonderfully fresh, clean air. The rooms are spacious, and there's on-site parking, which is a big plus if you're arriving by car.
Breakfast was a letdown, a small and repetitive selection. Housekeeping was inconsistent, with no clear schedule: some days the room was cleaned, others it wasn't. The biggest downside was the noise, an all-day event (a wedding or birthday) had music playing from morning on, which made it hard to relax in the room. There's also ongoing construction of a new pool; that was disclosed at booking, but the constant events were not.

I had a wonderful stay at Tsarsko Selo Spa Hotel and would definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a relaxing getaway.
The spa was one of the highlights of my visit. It offers a great variety of facilities including saunas, an indoor pool, and relaxing treatments, which made it a perfect place to unwind and recharge. The atmosphere was calm and peaceful, and everything felt well organised. The breakfast was also excellent. There was a nice buffet selection with fresh and tasty options to start the day right. I especially appreciated the variety, which suited different tastes.
As for the room, it was comfortable, clean, and spacious. It had everything needed for a pleasant stay, including air conditioning and a cosy bed. The peaceful surroundings added to the overall comfort, making it easy to relax.
Много мил и отзивчив персонал, особено в ресторанта! Има достатъчно паркоместа и стаите са много големи.
В момента външният басейн е в ремонт и през деня може да става шумно, но това ще е временно.
