Pros:

Close to the sea, but that beach front was not the best in PdC. See weed, dirty. The hotel was ok, but minimized equipment. There is nothing in this hotel, max the balcony is ok.

Cons:

Minimized equipment, dirty bathroom, old furniture, dirty curtains, poor wifi. Was not my best choice. Noise neighborhood bars.

L'emplacement.. et encore.. les bars autour scrap l'ambiance relaxante

Cons:

Le propreté c'est un gros 0. Moisissures, fuite d'eau et la musique du bar en face est vraiment forte. De plus la clé est nécessaire pour débarrer la porte de l'intérieur et on a pas le choix de la barrer pour sortir sinon elle ne reste pas fermée.. résultat j'ai du retourner à l'hôtel pour désemprisonner ma mère.

Hotel bien ubicado a pasos de la 5 avenida y el portal Maya, con vista al mar, le falta algunos detalles de mantenimiento, pequeños que hace la diferencia.personla muy amable y lo bueno q cuenta con agua calentita y fría en el Hall de entrada.la cama super king muy cómoda,.

Cons:

Por ejemplo que la canilla de la Bacha estaba toda oxidada , al igual que las barandas externas del balcón.
Y arriba en la pileta estaba con mucha suciedad de palomas.🥴sería lo único por decir.

Yo le daría un 10 /10 a este hotel solo por la atención de el recepcionista MARCOS. El nos recibio cuando llegamos y la verdad, una persona carismatica, nos explico todo, nos dio recomendaciones. Fue la primera persona con la que interactue asi que la primera impresion fue fantastica

En ocasiones salian olores fuertes del baño y talvez le faltaba un poquito mas de limpieza

Old junky room, not renovated from building construction.
Toilet not working, no water to flush.
Beds are trash, hard as rock and wavey no leveled head is down and legs up. I hate the bed.
Faucet and shower arm are painted with rust gray pain.

love the location, staff and specially the price.
Pros:

location is amazing, you can walk to every thing from here. even going to Cancun airport , just 2 minute walk to the bus station or the taxi share.
the hotel is old but the staff keeps every thing working good.
