Все сподобалось. Зручне розташування в центрі міста. Парковка без проблем. В номері чисто. Є все, що треба. Персонал дуже чемний і уважний. В ресторані смачно готують.

Підсумок: -Не виправдали очікування Я все розумію, але якщо в готеля є свої тимчасові АЛЕ, то нехай і ціна буде нижчою,

Не приємне враження від персоналу рецепції, наче прийшли до них додому.
Найдовше поселення за весь час моїх відряджень
Ліфт працював всього один, хоча готель заселений був повністю
Ресторан ввечері був зачинений на спец. обслуговування, завчасно ніхто про це не попередив, дізнались випадково
Можна було замовити тільки в номер, на ранок зі сніданком так само, з 6 до 9 шведська лінія, але якщо пізніше, тільки в номер
Шумоізоляція 0
По коридору, чутно всі розмови
Вночі чутно, як хтось хропе))
Підлога холодна у ванній кімнаті
Кабельне і все
Ліжко по запиту - Двоспальне, але по факту були два ліжка здвинуті, що не зручно

Зупинялась у цьому готелі на 2 ночі. На жаль, досвід виявився негативним.
У номері була жовта вода з неприємним запахом, що унеможливлювало нормальне користування душем та ванною. Я витратила значний час (близько 40 хвилин) на спроби спустити воду, але ситуація не змінилася.
Звернення до персоналу не призвело до вирішення проблеми.
У поверненні коштів за непрожиту ніч було відмовлено з формальних причин (відсутність паперового чека), незважаючи на підтвердження оплати банківською операцією.
Вважаю таку якість послуг неприйнятною для готелю цього рівня.
