Загалом у готелі не перший раз, мені подобається тут і місце і персонал і самі номери- затишні та чисті

Cons:

В цей раз через якийсь там збій у синхронізації між Букінгом та самим готелем мене заселили в полулюкс де температура в номері була 14 градусів. Так, я розумію сьогодення нашої країни, але батареї працюють на повну, світло є- це сам номер з якихось причин холодний. Я розраховувала відпочити після довгої дороги, яка ще мала день бути такою ж довгою, але замість цього я не спала майже всю ніч. Дякую персоналу, які хоч якось намагалися врятувати ситуацію і принесли мені аж 2 обігрівачі (один з яких шумить, а другий дуже маленький), але при цьому мені ніхто не запропонував альтернативу або якусь знижку, тому що я не маю ніякого відношення до збою, а маю бажання виспатись та відпочити.

Дуже хороший готель! Можливо найкращий в Житомирі
Pros:

Сподобалось все! Дуже хороший готель, чистота, рум сервіс, обслуговування - все на вищому рівні. Дякуємо за гостинність!

Cons:

Єдиний нюанс: якщо повітряна тривога вмикається вночі, в номері волає голос «увага, повітряна тривога, спустіться в укриття». Розумію, що такі часи, але воно розбудило серед ночі… дуже гучно( можливо, варто зробити тихіше або залишити гучномовець тільки в коридорі.

Pros:

Чудове місце, без жодних зауважень. В номері жарко, хоча за вікном було -15, вночі зменшувала батарії. Хороший ресторан по більш ніж адекватним цінам, смачний сніданок. Однозначно рекомендую
