We’ve just had the most incredible stay at Oasis Sunrise. Every single staff member has been amazing so friendly, attentive, and genuinely committed to making our holiday special. From the restaurant team constantly keeping everything spotless and clearing plates so efficiently, to the entertainment and bar staff who truly made the experience unforgettable, we couldn’t have asked for more.

The food has been some of the best we’ve ever had in a hotel, with so much variety and consistently high quality. As well as the restaurant Im the hotel you also get the option to dine out on the strip which is about 5 minutes walk, at a choice of 4 different restaurants, we choose the Lemongrass Asian restaurant and Marcello’s Italian restaurant which were both really high quality food and again great staff

Although every staff member we met was wonderful, we’d love to give a special mention to a few who really stood out:

• Nisan and Roy at the main bar – always so welcoming, attentive, and full of energy.
• Raj at the pool bar – brilliant service and such a friendly presence.
• Raj on the door – he made us smile every single evening, especially dancing along with the kids’ disco.
• Tunder, Martin, and Oliver from the entertainment team – honestly some of the best hotel entertainment we’ve ever experienced.
• Tracy at reception – always cheerful, helpful, and happy to assist with anything.
The whole team at Oasis Sunrise made our holiday one to remember. We can’t thank them enough and would absolutely recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a fantastic, welcoming, and fun-filled stay.

Great experience, staff really attentive. Restaurant experience was really good as physically visiting restaurant out on the strip as part of the package.
Drinks were great and branded which is a rarity.

Would visit again for sure!

Fantastic weeks holiday over Easter. The hotel staff are all wonderful and can’t do enough for you, they are so attentive. We loved the system of allocated sunbeds for the whole stay - no rush to get down in the morning! My children (aged 7 and 5) thoroughly enjoyed the kids club including the outside entertainers that came in. The mini disco was a big hit each night. Our room was spacious and beautifully clean. I will miss the big super-king bed and plush pillows! We really enjoyed the food - the salad bar and pasta station were particular favourites, the ice cream cart was frequented at least once per day with awesome flavours.
This holiday gave us exactly what we needed - a week of relaxation and indulgence. We are going home feeling thoroughly refreshed. We would definitely come back for another stay!

Fantastic location could not get any where better,
Rooms cannot fault everything you need,clean tidy. The staff go above & beyond in evey aspect,you dont have to worry about sunbeds as you can choose where you sit, then thats yours for the duration of your stay.food in the hotel is excellent.
Entertainment in the evening and for the kids is never-ending.
A bonus is the adults only pool my favourite place 🤣🤣
All the restaurants which are inclusive are on the
strip the food is outstanding.
So this hotel I higley
recommend.

Hotel is excellent. Staff were fab, always treated with warmth and friendliness - couldn't do enough for you. Rooms spacious, clean and comfortable. Towels replaced as needed, cleaners did a great job. Bar and restaurant staff efficient and friendly. Pool area excellent and no issues with sunbeds as allocated on arrival. Food is of really good quality, restaurant seems a little on the small side for the size of the hotel. Location is good - supermarket opposite and beach/strip a nice stroll away. Would definitely return.

Second time visiting Protaras, this time as 3 adults and 1 child. The hotel is absolutely lovely. Great location - around a 10 minute walk to the strip and 15 minutes to Fig Tree Bay. Or, a short taxi ride costing €10. Which can be ordered at the reception. All the staff are very helpful and friendly making a great atmosphere around the hotel. We paid a bit extra and got a ground floor room, the room was nice and close to everything and very spacious. Even though it’s all inclusive, it has facilities to make food, with plates, bowls ect. The hotel was not too busy when we arrived as it was the start of the Easter Holidays, but it got busier before we left. It’s a decent size hotel, but I can imagine it gets very packed in the summer months. The weather was a bit mixed during our stay, but we still managed to get a suntan :) There is a kids club available children under 4 years old must be supervised by parents but over 4 years old can be left there alone. They do lots of actives with the children and are really nice. There are 2 game rooms, one downstairs near the pool and one just past the reception desk. You can play games at an extra charge. The one near reception can get quite loud, but it closes at 11pm I believe so the noise doesn’t continue for long. Our room was right next to it. The hotel was very clean on arrival and stayed that way. The room was also cleaned nicely. The manager Richard was also very friendly and helpful during our stay. We didn’t use the adults only pool so cannot comment, but the water park is great. Lots of slides to choose from :) The gym we also used, and it had a mixture of different equipment which was good. Only a few points that we thought could have made our stay even better

- Bottles of water in the room at least one person on arrival
- A few more toilet rolls in the room especially when there’s a family of 4
- Toilets allocated on the reception level the closest ones were down on the next level

Overall great stay, and we would love to return :)

A very clean and beautiful hotel. Room service was excellent, the cleanliness was top-notch, and the food was delicious! The bar staff were very friendly and wonderful, and the luggage man was top-notch! The only thing the hotel lacks is entertainment for both children and adults. The people who run it are incredibly kind and friendly, but they don't know how to organize activities! For the kids, apart from the always-open kids' club, where Mrs. Roxy is a delight, there was nothing. My daughter love Roxy . Saying it's not peak season yet and newbies are learning doesn't bother anyone. If a hotel is open and ready to welcome guests, whether it's April or July, everything should be the same. Even the evening shows that were supposed to take place never went exactly as planned; they were always last-minute! Overall, a great place, the service is truly top-notch, but it needs a lot of work!

Just returnes from a weeks stay at the Oasis Sunset hotel. This was a last minute hotel.change by the travel operator for us but a good one. Hotel was found to be well organised and very clean. Rooms were a good size with a great shower.
Service from the staff was excellent,.very attentive and always on hand when assistance needed. The pool was lovely and a definate plus was the manageme t of sunbeds with these being allocated saved the usual block booking of beds by towels with no one their.
Food was varied and of decent quality. There was also the option of visiting each of the companies 4 restuarants in the town, we made it to the Asian and Greek resturants and the food was excellent with a 3 course meal from their full A La Carte menu with 2 drinks included at each.
Hotel location itself just a stones throw from the beach. Follow the boulevard walk along the coast to find some nice little beaches and a resturant/cafe or 2.

We have had the most wonderful time here! Our room was very clean, modern and had a beautiful view of the sea. The food was amazing and we loved the variety. Staff were all very friendly and would always go out of their way to make us feel welcome. Visiting as a single parent, I felt very safe at all times. Staff helped me find a suitable boat trip, which we very much enjoyed. The hotel location is perfect! It’s next to a supermarket which is very handy! But also minutes walk from shops, restaurants and a beautiful beach. It had everything you could ever want or need within a small walking distance. The pools are stunning and my daughter loved the water park- it provided hours of fun! We would definitely recommend and hope to visit again in the future.

The Sunrise Oasis is a great, family orientated hotel with lovely staff and great facilities. The ability to make restaurant reservations on the strip within a 5 minute walk from the hotel as part of the all inclusive is fantastic. We're here at the moment and have already tried Lemongrass and Kyklos greek restaurant which were both tasty with great menu choices. Sadly the Brazilian restaurant isn't open for the season just yet but maybe next time!
The hotel is modern and very clean. The rooms are large with a balcony overlooking the main pool area and your own cooking facilities if needed- microwave, fridge and 2 ring cooking hob plus small sink!
The plug sockets are UK style so no need for adapters which was handy!
There's a 2 lane bowling alley (bookable from reception), billiard table and pool table along with a games room with free ping pong and another pool table, table football and air hockey for a euro or 2 each. The waterpark is great if you're into water slides. There's a number to choose from plus water guns and buckets to entertain on your climb to the slide entrances.
The food is varied and tasty, the seating area is pleasant and airy. The bar drinks are premium branded and delicious! The sunbeds are allocated to you on your first day- try and avoid being given the corner by the door into the hotel as it takes the morning for the sun to shine in this area.
We don't always go back to the same place twice but this might become the exception!

Currently staying here and I cannot fault it!! The all inclusive dining out option is amazing. The waterpark is so good for the children. Even though the weather isn’t as hot as summer, the temperature in the pool is acceptable. There is an ice cream cart that comes out twice too- no extra charge and quality flavours!
The allocated sun beds are a dream!

When arrive u get a sun lounger allocated for the week, so no more 6 in the morning fighting over sun loungers, all coctails are premium spirits unltd, food is very good, the staff and service is excellent, entertaiment is awsome for the kids, their are 3 pools and a water park with 6 different slides so plenty to do, yo can order from a QR code from your lounger if you want snacks.. how this hotel is a 4 star I dont know..

We have been made to feel so welcome. The staff are very attentive and often check if everything is okay. We asked for extra pillows and they were delivered immediately. The additional eating at à la carte restaurants is great and the ice cream cart options are the best we have ever had! Keep up the amazing work!

Lovely stay at Sunrise Oasis. Resort was relatively quiet due to the start of the season and weather was mixed but cannot fault the hotel facilities, staff, restaurants and food. Loved the dine around restaurants: Lemongrass, Reef and Kyklos, large portions and good quality food. Buffet restaurant was also very nice and snack bar ordering process was a good idea. Kids enjoyed the pool and waterpark despite it not being heated as advertised for low season. Large family rooms could benefit from more hanging space. Would recommend.

10/10 experience. Staff are all very welcoming and can't do enough for you. Kids club are amazing and our children chose to go there multiple times rather than stay with us! Such a range of activities, lots of interactive ones like magicians. The kids disco is amazing. Food is top notch and lots of variety with themed nights such as mexican as well as safe foods for children (you know, chicken nuggets and chips but in a different country!) nice walk to the nearest beach - the ocean is so clear and our little boys snorkeled and saw fish!

Would recommend. And would definitely return!

Hotel feels brand new, more staff than any hotel we’ve visited before and very friendly. The kids club team were fantastic, made the holiday for the kids.

Beautiful clean hotel, wonderful staff with lots of entertainment for the kids! Food has been really great each night! We will definitely return here again!! The entertainment staff are so friendly and try so hard! The waitresses and staff are exceptional at removing food plates once eaten and always have a smile!! Thank you 🙏
