We came July 2025 by recommendation. Hotel was great, apartment was spacious and clean, the food and alcoholic drinks were amazing! The waterslides were great as well. The allocated sunlounges is definitely the best bit ! The Aldi over the road is very handy as well. One of the best holidays I have had and you won't regret it

Would highly recommend this hotel for families! The allocated beds where a game changer for us. No getting up early to choose sunbeds. The fact you get restaurants on the strip included is a fantastic idea as gets people out of the hotel and in the external restaurants. We would 100% come back

We stayed at this hotel with family who have young children (we are the Grandparents).

Overall we found the hotel to be of a good standard and we enjoyed the ‘dine around’ all inclusive option which enabled us to get off site to eat and visit the local area for a different view.

The positives were:
- very clean
- staff were lovely (particularly like the crazy ice cream lady)
- good options around eating
- reasonable entertainment programme
- close to local amenities
- only an hour from the airport
- loved that sunbeds were allocated on arrival

Our areas for improvement
- we were unable to book one of the restaurants and no alternative was offered except the buffet restaurant. The reason we chose this hotel was for à la carte restaurant options so we were very disappointed by this. We booked our holiday through British Airways was kindly offered us money as compensation so that we could eat out. I think the hotel didn’t go far enough to try and resolve this issue. It was kind of ‘it happens all the time’ response.
- the pool was very, very busy all of the time. I felt over stimulated, perhaps I have forgotten what it is like taking children abroad in the school holidays 😂 it took me a few days to settle but I didn’t really enjoy the pool.
- there are no toilets at ground level, you either have to go down stairs or walk to reception where there is a lift. This was a little inconvenient for someone with a disability in our group.

Best hotel we have ever been to as a family of 4. I can’t put into words how outstanding this hotel and staff are. They go above and beyond for the kids, big shout out to the pool bar staff every single one of them, such lovely genuine people. The life guards, the maids, reception staff, chefs, entertainment team and the managers are brilliant. Most clean hotel we have been to, they take great pride in their jobs and really do look after their hotel and guests. The food was amazing hats of to the chefs. 5 star experience. We will definitely be returning back. Thankyou all so much for the best holiday ever! We are so emotional about leaving today. Don’t hesitate to book this hotel you won’t regret it. A brilliant hotel for families with children. We spent 9 nights here. The hotel is immaculate and modern. The drinks are the best we’ve had at an all inclusive. The extra restaurants you can book are fantastic.
Entertainment team were 10/10! The kids loved the bowling (this was an added cost but well worth it).
Ice cream cart was delicious!

This was our first stay at the sunrise oasis as a family of 4 with our 2 children aged 9 and 5. We had a brilliant holiday. The hotel was immaculate and rooms were a good size with lots of storage. The drinks were the best we’ve ever had at an all inclusive.
We really liked the fact you could order from the sunbeds for the snack bar. Which made lunchtimes really easy as a family with young children by the pool.
We ate out at the optional restaurants which we really enjoyed.
All the staff were friendly.
We would definitely recommend and return.

Well, where do i start, me and my family turned up at the sunrise oasis hotel and were immediately impressed, it was clean, everyone was friendly and we got good vibes, as the holiday went on it just got better and better, all the staff couldn't do enough for you, they were so friendly and hardworking everyday! from the cleaners, to the bar staff and receptionists, they were always there if you needed them, everyone was so helpful. we made so many friends within the hotel, ( Hello Richard and Ali ;) ) and so many memories, and we can not wait to be back there, we loved it so much.

We had a fantastic stay and would happily return.

Having stayed at a number of all-inclusive resorts over the years, the food often ends up being one of the weaker points, but that definitely wasn’t the case here. The quality, variety and freshness of the food consistently exceeded our expectations, with plenty of choice throughout our stay. Every meal felt well thought out and we never struggled to find something we enjoyed.

The staff were exceptional from start to finish. Everyone was friendly, professional and genuinely eager to help. Nothing seemed too much trouble, and their hard work and positive attitude made a real difference to our holiday experience. Richard, the entertainment manager, even took the time to come and check on us personally, which was a really nice touch and showed how much the team care about guest satisfaction. Ali in the snack bar was also brilliant, especially with the kids, always friendly, patient and making sure they were happy and well looked after.

One of the best features was the allocated sunbeds. Not having to set an alarm or compete for loungers each morning removed so much unnecessary stress and allowed us to relax from day one.

We also really appreciated how the hotel handled departure day. Even after checking out, we were able to continue using the facilities and enjoy the all-inclusive package right up until our taxi arrived. It was a thoughtful touch that allowed us to make the most of our final day rather than feeling like the holiday ended at checkout time.

A special mention also has to go to the pool bar staff, who worked incredibly hard throughout our stay to keep everyone happy and well served, often in challenging circumstances. Despite, at times, a lack of manners from some guests, they remained patient, polite and professional at all times, which we really admired.

Overall, an excellent hotel with outstanding staff, surprisingly good food and several guest-focused touches that helped make for a truly relaxing holiday.

Can’t fault our experience here, allocated sun beds is a game changer - brilliant.

Have been here loads of times, first time over 10 years ago can honestly say it’s just got better and better. Short walk to main strip, loads of bars and restaurants but you can stay at this hotel all inclusive and still pop out but enough to do there - there’s just loads to do out as well. Go to coral bay for tortoise swimming don’t have to pay for boat although boat trips are also good fun. Waterpark in aiya napa totally worth it too.

We've just returned from an amazing two week stay at Hotel Sunrise Oasis, and honestly, we're already talking about going back!

We've been to quite a few all-inclusive resorts over the years, but this was without a doubt the best one we've ever stayed at. Everything exceeded our expectations, and after spending two weeks there, we can genuinely say the high standards never slipped.

The staff were absolutely fantastic. Every single person we met was warm, friendly, and genuinely seemed to enjoy making sure guests had a great holiday. Nothing was ever too much trouble, and we were always greeted with a smile. Their hard work and attention to detail really made our stay extra special.

The hotel itself was spotless, and the facilities were excellent. The pool area was beautiful, there was always plenty of space to relax, and the whole hotel had a really welcoming atmosphere. One of the best ideas we've ever come across was the allocated sunbed system. Your sunbeds are assigned when you arrive, so there was absolutely no need to get up at the crack of dawn to reserve a spot or worry about finding somewhere to sit each day. It completely took away the stress that you often get at all-inclusive resorts and was an absolute game changer for us. We loved being able to enjoy a leisurely breakfast knowing our sunbeds were waiting for us.

Another huge plus was the brand-new 3G football pitch. Our two boys absolutely loved it and were on it every evening during our two-week stay. It became the highlight of their holiday and was such a great way for them to meet other kids and make new friends. By the end of the holiday, they had a brilliant group they met up with at the pool and for a kickabout at night, creating memories they'll be talking about for a long time. Our daughter also had an amazing time, loving the water slides and the pool.

The location was another thing we absolutely loved. The hotel is perfectly situated right in the heart of town, yet just tucked away from the busy strip and only a short stroll from the beach. It really was the best of both worlds. We enjoyed wandering around the shops and bars some evenings, soaking up the atmosphere, while during the day the beach was close enough for our kids to make the most of the water sports. We honestly couldn't have asked for a better location.

The food and drinks were simply outstanding. We've never experienced such a high standard at an all-inclusive resort. There was so much choice at every meal, with fresh, delicious food every day, and the quality never dropped throughout our two-week stay. The drinks were equally impressive, with a great selection of branded spirits, cocktails, wines, beers, and soft drinks. Every meal was something to look forward to.

Hotel Sunrise Oasis has set a new standard for us when it comes to all-inclusive holidays. We couldn't fault a thing and left feeling completely relaxed and looked after. A huge thank you to everyone who made our holiday so memorable. We can't wait to return and would recommend this hotel without hesitation to anyone looking for a fantastic holiday.

We have just had a fabulous 7-night stay at Oasis Sunrise in Cyprus and honestly couldn’t fault it.

As a family of 5 with three teenagers, finding a hotel that works for everyone can be difficult, but this one was perfect. Our rooms were spacious, spotlessly clean, and ideal for our family.

One of the biggest highlights was the allocated sunbeds – an absolute game changer! No early morning rush to reserve beds, which made the whole holiday so much more relaxing.

The food was absolutely brilliant, and we loved that some of the restaurants included in our stay were located along the strip. It was a lovely touch as it felt like we were going out for a meal, rather than just eating in the hotel, while still having it included.

The entertainment team were so welcoming and friendly, and every member of staff we met was lovely and helpful. There was always a great atmosphere around the hotel.

My sister stayed here last year and recommended Oasis Sunrise to us, and we're so glad she did. We have had an amazing holiday, will definitely be booking to come back, and wouldn't hesitate to recommend it to our friends and family.

Just spent days here and all I can say is everyone single member of staff are brilliant, they go above and beyond always happy and smiling! Food is lovely, bar staff always on hand to serve drinks, cleaners are whizzing around all the time keeping the place immaculate, life guards are always round the pool and finally the fabulous entertainment team cannot praise them enough always trying to get everyone involved including my other half busting his shapes on stage, keeping the kids happy they’ve certainly kept my 2 entertained for 10 days obsessed with kids club
