The staff is very friendly and helpful
Every room can choose 2 beach beds and 1 or 2 beanbag to sit on. So you don't have to worry that there is no place by the pool because everyone is putting their towels and going to the beach. They having enough food options for everyone and the pizzas they make are very good. During the day you can eat hamburgers chicken nuggets and hotdogs salads and wraps. The bar staff by the pool are amazing. The 7 slides by the pool are fun for the kids and there is a baby pool with some small slides for the smallest kids. There is also a pool for only adults with its own bar. So for everyone there is something to do. There is a supermarket next to the hotel and a small luna park. The hotel it self has mini golf (free) mini bowling (15 € for 30 minutes) pool table. And in the game room they have pool - air hock-table football (2€ ) and a kids club with all kinds of things they can create. And it's 10/15 minutes walk from the beach (fig tree bay).

I absolutely loved this hotel and would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a great place to stay!

First of all, the location is fantastic. It takes only around 30–40 minutes by taxi to get to the hotel, and the sea is just a five-minute walk away. The beach is absolutely beautiful — clean, peaceful, and with gorgeous crystal-clear blue water.

There are also so many activities and entertainment options around the hotel. You can find a funfair, various rental services, boat and jet ski rentals, SUP boards, catamarans, and much more. There is definitely no chance of getting bored here!

The hotel itself feels modern, new, and very clean. The service was excellent, the staff were friendly and helpful, and everything was cleaned and maintained to a very high standard.

The food was another highlight for me. Everything was really tasty, with a huge variety of dishes, so there was always something different to choose from.

The hotel also offers different entertainment programs and activities, which makes the atmosphere even more enjoyable, especially in the evenings.

Overall, I was extremely happy with my stay. Honestly, in my opinion, this hotel deserves five stars! I had a fantastic experience and will definitely come back again.

השירות בבריכה וואוו וואוו אם זה בבר או בעמדת המגבות ובסנאק בר.
חשוב לנו לציין את עלי שעבד בסנאק בר שהיה כל הזמן עם חיוך על הפנים ונתן שירות מעל ומעבר.
מתקנים נוחים,פעילויות כל היום לקטנים.
צוות בידור מקסים.
פארק המים מצוין נוח ונקי.
האוכל מדהים וטעים והבר מציע מגוון רחב של משקאות קלים ואלכוהול.
המיקום של המלון מצוין...הליכה קצרה ואתם ברחוב הראשי של פרוטארס ובחוף הים.
והכי הכי חשוב...הטיסה שלנו הייתה בערב ורצינו להאריך את הצ'ק אאוט ולא הייתה זמינות.
הציעו לנו פינה לשים בה מזוודות וגם להתקלח אחרי הבריכה במקלחות המלון .
הצמיד נשאר איתנו כל היום עד שעזבנו.
בסוף נשארנו בחדר של אחי בתוספת תשלום סמלית לפי דעתי ונהנינו מכל היום וכמובן סיפקו לנו מגבות והכל.
מחכים לפעם הבאה.

We came July 2025 by recommendation. Hotel was great, apartment was spacious and clean, the food and alcoholic drinks were amazing! The waterslides were great as well. The allocated sunlounges is definitely the best bit ! The Aldi over the road is very handy as well. One of the best holidays I have had and you won't regret it

Would highly recommend this hotel for families! The allocated beds where a game changer for us. No getting up early to choose sunbeds. The fact you get restaurants on the strip included is a fantastic idea as gets people out of the hotel and in the external restaurants. We would 100% come back

We stayed at this hotel with family who have young children (we are the Grandparents).

Overall we found the hotel to be of a good standard and we enjoyed the ‘dine around’ all inclusive option which enabled us to get off site to eat and visit the local area for a different view.

The positives were:
- very clean
- staff were lovely (particularly like the crazy ice cream lady)
- good options around eating
- reasonable entertainment programme
- close to local amenities
- only an hour from the airport
- loved that sunbeds were allocated on arrival

Our areas for improvement
- we were unable to book one of the restaurants and no alternative was offered except the buffet restaurant. The reason we chose this hotel was for à la carte restaurant options so we were very disappointed by this. We booked our holiday through British Airways was kindly offered us money as compensation so that we could eat out. I think the hotel didn’t go far enough to try and resolve this issue. It was kind of ‘it happens all the time’ response.
- the pool was very, very busy all of the time. I felt over stimulated, perhaps I have forgotten what it is like taking children abroad in the school holidays 😂 it took me a few days to settle but I didn’t really enjoy the pool.
- there are no toilets at ground level, you either have to go down stairs or walk to reception where there is a lift. This was a little inconvenient for someone with a disability in our group.

Best hotel we have ever been to as a family of 4. I can’t put into words how outstanding this hotel and staff are. They go above and beyond for the kids, big shout out to the pool bar staff every single one of them, such lovely genuine people. The life guards, the maids, reception staff, chefs, entertainment team and the managers are brilliant. Most clean hotel we have been to, they take great pride in their jobs and really do look after their hotel and guests. The food was amazing hats of to the chefs. 5 star experience. We will definitely be returning back. Thankyou all so much for the best holiday ever! We are so emotional about leaving today. Don’t hesitate to book this hotel you won’t regret it.
