Sunrise Oasis Hotel & Waterpark

For my first visit to this hotel i was not disappointed. This place is a gem. Excellent food both in the main restaurant and just even a snack next to the pool. The room was more than spacious with a great view (320). A few stand out staff that deserve recognition, "Kinga", this guy was covering every aspect of the hotel with a smile on his face and great customer skills. Alike Suzi on the pool bar, witty and good character. Nikoletta and her ice cream cart, welcoming every one with a smile or dancing was just a testament to how happy they all are working and serving at this magnificent hotel. Whilst I recognised these specific members of staff, they were all brilliant. I cannot wait to come back here.
A little pricey to what I would normally pay but I think it was worth it. My only minor issue and that being picky is the toilets are downstairs and slippy but it didnt overshadow the holiday at all.

Loved the experience throughout our 10 night stay. Location right near the protaras strip something for everyone and very family friendly all around. Atmosphere was amazing rooms comftable and plenty of space. Great value food was amazing something for everyone and all the food from breakfast to evening fantastic and so tasty and fresh. Cleaners fantastic room cleaned every day and even made shapes and put teddies in cute poses for son which he loved coming back into to see. Friendly helpful staff all around
Loved seeing the cats please show them love and kindness as everyone does they are so friendly.

Entertainment was fun only thing I would say is I would like to see more variety for day activities but still enjoyed every moment of our holiday.

All in all we would return and loved and enjoyed our holiday.

Our 1 week holiday has been fantastic from the get go. First time staying in a hotel in Cyprus although we have been coming many years. But the sunrise oasis is perfectly located just off the protaras strip.

It was also reasonably priced for what you get included which is pretty much everything.

The rooms were fantastic, clean and modern amenities.

The food in the hotel was fabulous even the standard food buffet. Additionally the food in the evening restaurants was extremely tasty, my personal favourite was reef in the hotel (ribs) and lemon grass on the strip.

The entertainment team work from early hours keeping everyone in a good mood and getting people involved, really personal and enthusiastic. This naturally moves into the night time entertainment. Always high quality acts to keep everyone involved.

It has been a very good vacation at your hotel. Good facilities for especially our kids!
A little bit more variation in the buffet would has been good.
And a big thing! The music was sometimes so loud that we couldn’t have our little baby near the pool and mini disco. It was a little bit irritating.

But all in all it has been a great vacation with a lot of entertainment for our kids!! And it was just what we needed!

The area is stunning and perfect for families. Special mention to Fig tree bay it is a must if your visiting.

The staff are all friendly and can’t do enough to help.

The chefs are amazing, the bar staff are efficient and plentiful with their drinks.

The cleaning of this hotel is second to none, shout out to the lady who cleaned room 120, she was so efficient and even cleaned around us one day as we were still packing for the beach but refused to leave the room a day uncleaned.

We will definitely be returning, only downside is a small entertainment area however the strip is a 7min walk and there is something for everyone down there,

Amazing hotel family friendly food was amazing and a lot of choice! Service from the staff was spot on can’t do enough for you and very hard working.

A great holiday from start to finish. There are so many brilliant things with this hotel and nothing I can pick at all. The whole hotel is clean and tidy. The staff are fabulous and are always there to help. Particularly the chap that does the snack bar he is a legend and the girls behind the pool bar are wonderful. My top 5 things are 1. Allocated sun beds. They are allocated on your first day and are then yours for the rest of your holiday. Such a great idea. 2. Towels - don’t waste space in your case taking towels. You get a fresh towel for each person everyday if you wish. 3. The food - snack bar (the choice and quality is great and available from 11-5) buffet (again choice and quality is fab) 4 À la Carte restaurants (3 are located off site which made a really nice change and you get a starter, main, dessert and 2 drinks each included) the pan Asian is the best!! 4. The pool - the slides are great and the main pool has lots of different sections for the kids. There’s also an adults only one pool which looked lovely but not an option with my 7 and 3 year old 🤣 5. Kids club - my daughter loved the option to go and I couldn’t get her away at some points. There are so many lovely activities like pottery making and t-shirt painting. All the facilities for the kids are great. There is a little crazy golf course round the side and a football court at the front. The gym is also spot on if that’s your cup of tea. I could go on for ages about all the good points. If I had to make one tiny criticism it would be toilets. They are all down stairs. There is not any on the same level as the pool so not overly accessible for everyone. We were lucky and our parents came and had a room on the ground floor so I could take my newly toilet trained child in there quickly but otherwise it was stairs to get there.

Great location, friendly staff who could not do enough for their guests. Nothing was too much trouble.
Towels provided daily, sun beds allocated for the full stay. Lockable safe and iron both free hire.

Family of 2 adults and 1 child. We stayed in studio apartment which was spacious with large bed (not 2 single beds pushed together which was great) and a day bed, kitchen area and bathroom. Shower was walk in and no bath. Room was cleaned everyday. Allocated sun beds with fresh towels everyday is amazing! Staff all friendly and hard working, big shout out to Suzi at the bar who was so kind to our 11 year old boy. Food and drinks were rip quality for a 4 star. Best we've experienced. Would definitely return.

Lovely hotel perfect for families with children. Waterpark slides are a bonus. Food was delicious, small buffet but still plenty of choice. Pizza’s are yum! Only a 5 min walk to the strip and across the road from Lidl and the amusement park. All the staff are amazing and friendly - nothing is too much, especially Nicolleta on the ice cream stand. Felt safe, my daughter easily made friends. It’s nice that the à la carte’s are on the strip so it made it feel as though you are eating out.

Just returned from a brilliant 2 week holiday at Sunrise Oasis. This was our first time in Protaras and loved every minute of it.

The hotel is absolutely spotless with staff working constantly to maintain it to a high standard. We had booked a room with an inland view and our room overlooked the hotel carpark however we didn't mind as we don't spend long in the room and we didn't have any issues with noise. Our room was spacious, with plenty of storage space. Rooms also have cooking facilities and a dining table. Our room was cleaned daily and there were never any issues with this. The location of the hotel is perfect, there is a Lidl across the road and a short 5 minute walk to the Protaras strip.

The food in the hotel is excellent. The buffet is smaller than hotels we have previously been too however the food was fresh and of very good quality with a great selection. There is fresh pizza and pasta at lunch and dinner time daily which was a big hit with the kids. The pool bar offers burgers, hotdogs, nuggets, salads and wraps etc which can be ordered from the QR code at the sun lounger. Again food from the pool bar was great and freshly prepared. The hotel offers a "dine around" option which was great, however book these restaurants as soon as you arrive at the machine in reception as they are very busy. We ate at all four of the restaurants available, the American restaurant is situated within the hotel and the Greek, Asian and Brazilian are located on the strip.

Drinks within the hotel are good quality with branded drinks and spirits available. Cocktails are delicious and made fresh on order.

Sun loungers are allocated which is an absolute gamechanger. A towel card is provided on arrival and this is where you will be advised what sun loungers are available. We were on the grass area and were happy with the location. We got the sun all day and close enough to the pool and the waterpark.

The hotels entertainment team were great and there was plenty activities on during the day to keep the kids busy. Entertainment at night was okay, however we don't really bother with the night time entertainment so wasn't a big issue for us.

Lastly the staff are amazing and a real credit to the hotel. The really do go above and beyond. A special mention to Suzy, Kinga and Niraz at the pool bar and Ali at the snack bar, they were excellent with the kids.

We absolutely loved our stay at Sunrise Oasis and would definitely return.

From the moment we arrived until the day we left, everything about our stay was absolutely first class. The staff were exceptional—friendly, professional, and always willing to go above and beyond to make sure we had a wonderful experience. Their warm hospitality made us feel welcome throughout our stay.

The hotel’s location was perfect, with easy access to everything we wanted to see and do, while still offering a relaxing atmosphere. The rooms were spotless, comfortable, and maintained to a very high standard.

The food was great, with a fantastic variety and excellent quality at every meal. Every dish was fresh, delicious, and beautifully presented, and there was something to suit every taste.

And added bonus of being able to dine outwith the hotel in 3 separate restaurants on the strip all part of all inclusive.

Overall, this hotel exceeded all of our expectations. The combination of outstanding service, excellent facilities, amazing food, and a perfect location made for an unforgettable stay. We wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a truly first-class experience, and we can’t wait to return!

Came here 3 years ago with family and returned this year with my partner, cleanliness was still way above standard, rooms cleaned everyday. Massive choice of food, even for picky eaters, fresh pizzas and pastas every night and during lunch time. Snack bar at pool also has a good selection. All staff were very friendly and always willing to help. Will definitely be returning in the future! Thank you for a perfect stay once again :)

Just came back from a week at the Sunrise Oasis.

Having read all the positive reviews prior to arrival I was optimistic about having a great holiday. The hotel really didn’t disappoint. It’s a great place to stay.

The best part of this hotel is quite honestly the staff. I didn’t encounter a single member of staff that wasn’t extremely welcoming, hard working and attentive.

Particularly the staff in the pool bar who are super busy all day and constantly serve with a smile on their face.

We stayed in room 228, which was spacious and comfortable and cleaned daily. Only small gripe is the pillows are very soft so your head falls through the middle but reception was more than happy enough to supply the extra pillows.

The food is very nice. The self service buffet doesn’t have a huge selection but what I did like is there was definitely thought put into the food that was served. The food items served on daily basis complimented each other so you could have a nice meal rather than a concoction of random bits of food on a plate I’ve had at other hotels.

The big winner though is definitely the freshly made, stone baked Pizza’s which are seriously morish! My son also had a good time making these when he went to kids club.

It’s a great location. A few minutes walk from the strip and the beautiful beach.

It isn’t a huge complex with additional restaurants and the spa extra based off site but if you’re looking for a clean comfortable hotel, with hard working and friendly staff in a good location then I can do nothing but recommend this place!

This year was our third year going to the Sunrise Oasis Hotel and Waterpark! We returned this year as the previous two years we had a fantastic holiday!! The staff are so friendly & welcoming and helpful! We travelled as a group of 8 with four kids, two aged 6 and two aged 4! Our family are so fond of Suzi and the team at the pool bar, they really make our trip and tears are shed when our last day arrives! ❤️
The kids enjoyed going to kids club every day, the choice of games and activities that were offered were fantastic with them particularly enjoying the pizza making with the chef, the bubble and spin art show and spending time with Cleo.
The entertainment team were also fan favourites with everyone.. Tunder, Martin, Gary and Anastasia! ❤️ they bonded with our kids so well and were very excited to see them everywhere around the hotel!
The pool and slides areas were always clean and well looked after. We love having the allocated sun beds as it allows us to have a constant base for the kids to come back to.
The food was always delicious and getting to go to the other restaurants throughout the trip is nice for a change! The restaurant staff are always friendly and helpful in getting us a table for 8, Antonis’ high fives, hugs and Kalimeras were really appreciated! 🥰 all in all a fantastic family hotel and one that we hope to return to in the years to come!

The staff running the kids’ club were all so friendly and great with the children. Our youngest is still too young to be left, but she was able to join in with the activities while we stayed with her, and they always made her feel welcome. Both of our girls loved the mini disco every evening and looked forward to it every day. You can really see how hard the entertainment team works. They have so much energy, are always smiling and put so much effort into making sure the kids have a great time. Thank you all!
