Excellent hotel. Staff are super friendly and helpful. The bar staff in the lobby are so lovely and attentive . Food is great could be a little warmer in main restaurant at times. The dining out option is a great bonus. Snack bar at the pool is excellent . I’m very fussy and I was well fed all holiday. Branded drinks , milkshakes and slushes all available. The icecream
Is delicious. Honestly couldn’t find any faults with the hotel. It’s extremely clean and in a great location near the strip and Beach. Fig tree bay is also a short walk. Entertainment is typical kids disco and show . Great for young children. There’s a games room and kids club. For us the daytime activities were just right not too much and no pressure to get involved. We’ve been to Cyprus many times and this is Definetly the best hotel we’ve stayed in . We will Definitely use sunrise again. Thank you for an excellent holiday we didn’t want to leave!

This is very well run hotel and we had an enjoyable stay as a family of 4.

- Sun bed allocation is a game changer, and makes for a much more relaxing stay.
- Bar service good with good quality products
- I've experienced High end 5 star all inclusive buffets and really cheap and nasty buffets this one is good, its modest selection but prepared well from good ingredients, we all found something tasty every meal.
- We tried two of the dine out restaurants that you can book as part of the all inclusive package .. the greek and the pan asian - these were excellent (You can pick a 3 course meal from the standard menu and 2 drinks) just make sure you try and book them on the day you arrive.
- Staff were all great, smiley and happy to help .. but it was the first week of the season.

The only negative point is that in April the entertainment and bar action was inside so you were basically sat in the hotel reception in harsh bright lighting. I'm guessing in the summer season that action spills out around the pool bar area which is probably better.

You are within easy walking distance of the main strip of Protaras and the beautiful fig tree bay beach ... and there is a lidl next door.

We was meant to be going to a different hotel, but easyJet changed our hotel last minute to somewhere that looked terrible so we paid extra to come to the Sunrise Oasis instead.
After a stressful start to the holiday (thanks easyJet!) this hotel was our saving grace!
The hotel itself is kept clean and well maintained, the staff are so friendly and the entertainment team are just lovely! They cater well for families, they even looked after our boys for a few hours while we went to the spa at their neighbour hotel!
Our room was nice and spacious, beds were comfortable.
The food is really nice and tastey and you have the chance to go to their other restaurants on the strip. All are very good and you get a lot! You also get 2 drinks each included. We particularly loved the Greek restaurant.
The drinks at the hotel are brilliant, this is the only all inclusive hotel I’ve been to where the beer tastes like proper beer and the cocktails and spirits are proper alcoholic. Strawberry daiquiri is amazing!
The main pool was heated and the water park was good fun! You allocate a sunbed for your stay so no need to rush down at 6am to fight for one!
Last but not least, the location is great, the strip is just across the road, 3min ish! And the beach another 5.
Don’t think twice about coming to this hotel, just book it! It really is a lovely hotel 💛

Everything and I mean everything down to the cleanliness, the facilities, food and most importantly ALL the staff was absolutely spectacular. Most importantly the head of entertainment she was amazing with the 2 children in our family always putting so much care and effort in to making them smile. The bar staff were all so friendly and made the place have such a happy and amazing atmosphere. We was greated with a smile constantly by EVERY
member of staff. Couldn't recommend enough for a family holiday! I will be a hundred percent be returning next year.

We stayed at Sunrise Oasis over the Easter holiday. We were a family of nine including two sets of Grandparents and three children. The hotel is immaculate. Rooms are simply furnished but had everything we needed. The shower was really powerful. My son and his family had a ground floor room with a large terrace. Ideal for the children being next to the play area and our allocated sunbeds. The staff were so efficient. Everyone from management to cleaning staff were friendly and courteous. We had two birthdays which were recognised with a lovely card and a bottle of dessert wine each. The animation team deserved special credit. They entertained the children all day with activities and a mini disco. Food was excellent. Plenty of choice. We even had the choice of eating and restaurants on the main strip. We chose the Asian and Greek options. Both excellent. Obviously being early in the season temperatures weren’t high but that suited us and we still enjoyed plenty of sunshine. The pools wer pretty cold but it didn’t stop the children enjoying the water slides. We had a lovely stay at the hotel. So near to the shopping area and beach.

Just returned from a fantastic Easter break at this hotel. 7-14th April.

The staff: The best part being the staff who work tirelessly day and night to ensure you have a fantastic holiday. The bar staff, restaurant staff, reception staff and doorman. They clearly work long hours and nothing is too much trouble. The manager greeted us on arrival and at numerous points throughout our stay, as well as thanking us on our departure. He was always present and approachable. The entertainment team were fantastic and my 8 year old loved the kids mini disco each night, as did Raj, the wonderful doorman/porter. We also participated in a number of quizzes arranged by the entertainment team who were friendly and approachable and not at all pushy.
Entertainment: totally disagree with other reviews that say entertainment is below par. We thoroughly enjoyed the entertainment during our stay. The external acts were great, especially both daytime and evening magic shows, the elvis tribute was a huge hit with my husband and the bubble show and quizzes were a fantastic break from the pool. The entertainment doesn’t go on late into the night but with young children that isn’t something we are interested in anyway. We were more than happy with the entertainment on offer, both day and night. The mini golf was included and we utilised this most days. We also took part in some chargeable activities, including shuffleboard, fusball, pool and air hockey. There was also bowling on offer but we didn’t use this. The facilities were great.

Rooms: basic but modern and cleaned and made up daily. Air conditioning was good but our only gripe would be the firmness of the sofa bed. We all tried sleeping on it in turn and each of us ended up with a bad back. This is our only negative feedback on the hotel at all.

Food: the buffet area was very small but food was varied and good quality. Fresh pasta and pizza made to order every day. Always nuggets, fries and fish fingers on offer for children. The snack bar offered freshly made salads, burgers, hotdogs etc throughout the day and the ice cream truck was available at intermittent periods but a small selection was always available all day from the pool bar. The restaurant area is kept very clean and plates cleared quickly at all times. Drinks were promptly delivered and service was impeccable.
We really enjoyed the dine out concept and ate at the Greek, Italian and American Grill. Brazilian wasn’t open yet, which is why we were offered Italian. Food and service were great at all 3. They recognised my husband’s shellfish allergy and advised what to avoid on the menus. It was lovely to be able to sit down to a three course meal, instead of chaotic buffet, as I imagine in peak season it does get very busy in the small buffet area.

Pools: we were apprehensive about the usability of the pools in April but were pleasantly surprised and able to swim daily. It was cold initially getting in but comfortable once in (and I hate a cold pool). Pool areas were kept clean and tidy. The pool bar staff were friendly. The slides were a great hit with my 8 year old and also suitable for adults. The heaters in the water park only seem to be working on one side of the pool, so wasn’t warm but not cold either. We used it every day. Didn’t use the adult only pool but my husband said it was cold and not heated. However, the pools here were much warmer than the sea at Fig tree bay. There are no overly deep areas to the pool and it was walkable from both sides, which is great for families. Sun loungers at the beach were €3.50 each and €3 of a parasol. We had a lovely day there… about 10-16 min walk away but worth it.
Pool towels were provided daily and allocated Sun beds were great. The pool guy moved our location on the second day, as hotel was not at capacity.

Transfer:
Transfer was around 45 minutes to the hotel but much longer on the way back to the airport due to pick ups (1.5hours). Larnaca airport has plenty of food and drink outlets to choose from.

Overall, we had a wonderful Holiday at a fantastic hotel. I don’t think I would return to the hotel in peak August, as I imagine it does get very busy at full capacity, but we would definitely return in the shoulder season (June or September)

Writing this review from sun lounger, dont usually post reviews. Sad to be heading home today. The Sunrise Oasis has been the best hotel for us as a family, we will definitely be back.
The rooms are spacious and modern.
The staff have been so welcoming, everyone off them, from the dancing door man, the entertainment guys, who really get the kids involved and always smiling. The bar staff, (all bars), are first class, no long waits for a beverage, will make you any cocktail you fancy, huge selection of alcohol and non-alcohol drinks. Cleaning staff, always on top of the hotel, which is spotless.
The food is really good, compared with other all-inclusive resorts, plus you have the choice of dining out at four different restaurants which was a real game changer.
The pools are excellent, main pool is large, a large slide pool with slides for all age, an adult only pool. All have a bar at them. The snacks by the pool area is great with a huge variety.
Sun lounger are allocated to you for the duration of your stay, and guys will do there best to accommodate you.
Gym is pretty good considering the age of some of the equipment, but all in good working order.
If im going to be petty, the games room is alittle dated.
Hotel is so close to beach and everything else, prefect location.
Our 10yr old had a blast, he has met so many friends, like wise we have met so many nice people who seemed to have a wonderful time also, no complaints from anyone.
Like I said, big thanks the the Sunrise Oasis.

Location 5 mins from strip, majority family entertainment, raj the door opener great, food out of this world, head waitress and waiter perfect, waiting staff plate cleared as soon as you finish, Richard guest relations top man , bar staff so polite , and also public transport better and cheaper than back home , average 4 euros a beer on strip , 2 euros for any bus trip , day at nissi beach was worth it , no pressure to to purchase sun loungers they all deserves a pay rise at hotel 4 star rating 6 star service

Fantastic hotel, all the staff were so friendly and helpful. Facilities were clean and tidy. Pool was lovely and the kids activities kept our children busy. Being able to go out to the different restaurants as part of the all inclusive was brilliant. Thanks to Raj on the front door for being so helpful and the guest service manager Richard for taking time to check in on us to make sure we had a good stay. We will definitely be back!

Family of four, two daughters aged 2 and 9. Something to do for everyone. The staff are what make the holiday, they could not do anymore for you! We will genuinely miss them as we formed such strong relationships during our stay. The hotel is spotless and staff are constantly cleaning no matter what time of day! Would recommend to anyone and will 100% be back in the future!

The hotel had everything we needed. Food had plenty of variety and a different menu everything night, indoor and outdoor eating available. Homemade pizza oven every lunch and evening meal. Snacks available during the day. Plenty of drinks options.
Pool, waterpark are good sized they provide towels and you get reserved sun loungers.
Around the resort there is a Lidl over the road, they are doing roadworks outside the hotel but didn’t bother us if anything due to the road closure the roads around the hotel were alot quieter and safer.
The beach’s and sea were amazing. Not hot but as warm as your local swimming pool, crystal clear blue, perfect for swimming and snorkelling. Lots of water sports available. We used Stavros Watersports a lot, took my 7yr old parasailing where we saw some dolphins.
Chillz ice-cream again amazing, new flavours every night and very accommodating with the kids let us try flavours and explained lots about the ice-cream and the originals of some of the flavours.
There was a little church on a hill about 15mins walk from the hotel if you fancied waking up at 5:30am and walking up to see the sun rise. Well worth it.

All in all well worth the money, Protaras as a whole is an amazing area, Fig Tree Bay and surrounding areas are worth the trip.

Absolutely loved it here at the sunrise oasis. Can’t wait to come back. Staff so happy and helpful. Bar and restaurant staff are very friendly and the entertainment team are great. Loved christof the magician and spin art man. The kids found it amazing. Allocated sunbeds were a dream for me as I’m normally the person getting up early to put the towels down. This time I got to properly relax. Only thing I would like to see improve is the Fanta and hot chocolate but that’s just my personal taste. Absolutely love it here

We’ve just had the most incredible stay at Oasis Sunrise. Every single staff member has been amazing so friendly, attentive, and genuinely committed to making our holiday special. From the restaurant team constantly keeping everything spotless and clearing plates so efficiently, to the entertainment and bar staff who truly made the experience unforgettable, we couldn’t have asked for more.

The food has been some of the best we’ve ever had in a hotel, with so much variety and consistently high quality. As well as the restaurant Im the hotel you also get the option to dine out on the strip which is about 5 minutes walk, at a choice of 4 different restaurants, we choose the Lemongrass Asian restaurant and Marcello’s Italian restaurant which were both really high quality food and again great staff

Although every staff member we met was wonderful, we’d love to give a special mention to a few who really stood out:

• Nisan and Roy at the main bar – always so welcoming, attentive, and full of energy.
• Raj at the pool bar – brilliant service and such a friendly presence.
• Raj on the door – he made us smile every single evening, especially dancing along with the kids’ disco.
• Tunder, Martin, and Oliver from the entertainment team – honestly some of the best hotel entertainment we’ve ever experienced.
• Tracy at reception – always cheerful, helpful, and happy to assist with anything.
The whole team at Oasis Sunrise made our holiday one to remember. We can’t thank them enough and would absolutely recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a fantastic, welcoming, and fun-filled stay.

Great experience, staff really attentive. Restaurant experience was really good as physically visiting restaurant out on the strip as part of the package.
Drinks were great and branded which is a rarity.

Fantastic weeks holiday over Easter. The hotel staff are all wonderful and can’t do enough for you, they are so attentive. We loved the system of allocated sunbeds for the whole stay - no rush to get down in the morning! My children (aged 7 and 5) thoroughly enjoyed the kids club including the outside entertainers that came in. The mini disco was a big hit each night. Our room was spacious and beautifully clean. I will miss the big super-king bed and plush pillows! We really enjoyed the food - the salad bar and pasta station were particular favourites, the ice cream cart was frequented at least once per day with awesome flavours.
This holiday gave us exactly what we needed - a week of relaxation and indulgence. We are going home feeling thoroughly refreshed. We would definitely come back for another stay!

Fantastic location could not get any where better,
Rooms cannot fault everything you need,clean tidy. The staff go above & beyond in evey aspect,you dont have to worry about sunbeds as you can choose where you sit, then thats yours for the duration of your stay.food in the hotel is excellent.
Entertainment in the evening and for the kids is never-ending.
A bonus is the adults only pool my favourite place 🤣🤣
All the restaurants which are inclusive are on the
strip the food is outstanding.
So this hotel I higley
recommend.

Hotel is excellent. Staff were fab, always treated with warmth and friendliness - couldn't do enough for you. Rooms spacious, clean and comfortable. Towels replaced as needed, cleaners did a great job. Bar and restaurant staff efficient and friendly. Pool area excellent and no issues with sunbeds as allocated on arrival. Food is of really good quality, restaurant seems a little on the small side for the size of the hotel. Location is good - supermarket opposite and beach/strip a nice stroll away. Would definitely return.
