Ein sehr angenehmer Aufenthalt in zentraler Lage mit guter Organisation, trotz etwas Lärm am Abend.
Pros:

Das Hotel hat mir sehr gut gefallen. Alles war sehr gut organisiert und die Anreise war flexibel möglich, auch zu einer anderen Zeit. Besonders positiv ist die zentrale Lage – man ist direkt mitten in der Stadt und erreicht alles schnell zu Fuß.

Cons:

Am Abend kann es am Platz etwas lauter werden. Bis etwa 12 oder 1 Uhr nachts waren teilweise Transporter vor Ort, die Abfall entsorgt haben, was mit Geräuschen verbunden war. Mich persönlich hat es nicht gestört, da ich ohnehin erst zu dieser Zeit schlafen gegangen bin, aber es war mir im Vorfeld nicht bewusst.

Como en casa, deseando volver.
Pros:

Una ubicación perfecta con un trato extraordinario. Me hicieron sentir como en casa durante mi estancia. Se portaron genial conmigo, cosa que se agradece muchísimo cuando estás lejos de tu familia por trabajo y sin conocer a nadie.

Cons:

Me gustó todo, su flexibilidad horaria, el servicio de consigna para dejar las pertenencias, la facilidad para comunicarte con ellos y solucionar imprevistos. Y sobre todo sentir su empatía, profesionalidad y disposicion para ayudar en todo momento.

Pros:

Excelente ubicación, cama, almohadas, para mí primordial. Atentos en recepción. Pude dejar mis maletas para ir a pasear el resto del día y estar tranquila al check out.

Location was excellent but the hotel was a little run down: paint peeling or painted over shoddily, floorboards dipping, the cleanliness was a little doubtful, shampoo and soap were absolutely unusable (very bad) and the bathroom in the bedroom was a little too much. A light was broken and wasn’t changed during the whole week stay and the remote control wasn’t working properly. Having said that the personnel was very nice. The ultimate experience was an enormous piece of cornice from the front of the building that broke off and luckily landed on the balcony. A very grave/fatal accident was avoided by pure luck!

Mejor ubicación imposible..
En pleno centro cerca de Alhambra,comercios,y todo al alrededor.
Sin tener que mover el coche si no quieren salir del casco antiguo.
Me encantó,y volvería así que puder.
La habitación no es de lujo pero ideal y cómoda para unas horas de sueño después de un día intenso de caminada.

Que se termine lo bueno rápido.

Todo: Ubicación, Tranquilidad, Comodidad, Atención al Cliente, Limpieza

Cons:

No es que no me gustara, pero es una sugerencia. La puerta de acceso desde la calle podría abrirse hacia adentro ya que al poner el código para entrar tienes que bajar los escalones aguantando la puerta para poder entrar.
