El hotel no tiene recepción por la tarde. Hubo un problema de comunicación y no pudimos acceder a la habitación. El problema de comunicación fue en parte por responsabilidad nuestra y en parte por responsabilidad suya. Como resultado, tuvimos que buscar otro hotel para pasar la noche. La empresa decidió cobrarnos la estancia por "no presentarnos". El hecho es que estuvimos sentados frente a la recepción vacía llamando a un teléfono que nadie cogió.
