honestly nothing

Cons:

the room wasn't clean at all, there were cobwebs everywhere, the walls were dirty, the carpet floors were super dirty, everything was disgusting honestly.

Perfecto calidad-precio
Pros:

Para ser Londres y el precio, no puedes pedir más; lo más destacable la amabilidad de sus recepcionistas. Nada más llegar te dan una botella de agua para cada uno ( fresca,..que nos vino increíble porque fuimos en ola de calor) y un enchufe por si necesitas adaptador, además tienen secador de pelo, y nevera te cambian las toallas cada día y te dejan té café agua y unas barritas de avena al llegar. Todo un detalle que nos gustó mucho.

Cons:

Las almohadas son muy finas, los colchones se hunden y la habitación tenía un olor raro como si hubieran fumado, que no se iba con nada.
