Absolut empfehlenswert!
Pros:

Sehr sauber, komfortabel und Alle waren sehr freundlich.
Es gab kostenlos Wasser, wir konnten in den Pool und in direkter Umgebung haben wir sehr lecker gegessen :-).

Cons:

Leider gab es keine Parkplätze. Das war mit Kindern etwas umständlich.

Tutto, bellissima struttura e bellissima esperienza

Cons:

Prezzo decisamente impegnativo ma ne è valsa la pena! Suggerirei partnership con cantine della zona per proporre in camera vini di milgliore qualità (anche a pagamento va bene, ci mancherebbe!)

Pros:

Wir haben hier nur eine Nacht verbracht und sind danach mit der Fähre weitergereist. Dafür war die Lage perfekt. Wir konnten in einem schönen Restaurant essen, dann schlafen und weiterreisen. Schade, konnten wir die schöne Unterkunft nicht etwas länger geniessen. Die Mückengitter waren ein Plus. So konnten wir die ganze Nacht mit offenem Fenster schlafen.

Un très bonne surprise
Pros:

J'ai eu un peu peur sur la route d'arrivée dans le quartier Venezia car le port est tout proche et ce fut une très belle surprise de découvrir l'hotel et l'équipe attentive et professionnelle.

Assolutamente consigliato
Pros:

Non abbiamo usufruito di piscina o colazione (eravamo di passaggio a Livorno per prendere un traghetto per la Sardegna al mattino presto), ma ci siamo trovati benissimo per tutto:
- personale al check in veloce, gentile e disponibile.
- stanza grande, pulita e perfettamente climatizzata nonostante il caldo assurdo di quei giorni.
- posizione strategica per l'evento "Effetto Venezia", un evento inaspettato che ha arricchito la nostra giornata a Livorno.

Koko Studio-huoneisto oli laadukas. Palvelu oli erinomaista ja sisäSPA-allas oli positiivinen ja kiva yllätys. Huoneistosta löytyi kaikki tarvittava ja enemmänkin. Huoneisto oli avaran väljä.

Wunderbares Bio-Frühstück!! Das Apartment ist geräumig und gut ausgestattet. Mit Fliegengittern, für mich ein echtes Plus!
Die Mitarbeiterinnen waren sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit!
Unsere Kinder waren begeistert von dem kleinen Indoor-Schwimmbad und dem Fitnessraum, beides sauber und gepflegt und jederzeit zugänglich.
Nach dem Checkout durften wir noch im klimatisierten Salon bis zur Abfahrt unseres Schiffes nach Korsika warten.

Zur Lage des Hotels: sehr schön gelegen im "Venezia"-Viertel, zu Fuß sind es nur ein paar Minuten bis zum Hafen, ins Zentrum und zum Bahnhof gibt es Busverbindungen. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten (Bäcker, kleiner Supermarkt) in der Nähe.
