Pros:

Sehr interessante Haus-Hof-Anlage mit Laubengangsystem im Innenhof. Aufzug.
Große Apartments mit großer Raumhoehe (3,30m).
Die Lage direkt am Kanal und die Nähe zur Innenstadt (5min) .
In unmittelbarer Nähe befinden sich viele, sehr gute Restaurants.
Sehr fuersorgliches Personal.

Cons:

Die Fassadengestaltung ist fraglich: Die alten dicken Mauern wurden doch tatsächlich mit einem Waermedaemmverbundsystem (WDVS) ueberformt. Ich frage mich, ob das in letzter Konsequenz überhaupt etwas bringt - da die Qualität des Massivbaus ja teilweise egalisiert wird. Die Räume sind klimatisiert, das müsste doch eigentlich genügen...

Na verdade é um pequeno apartamento, bastante espaçoso. Há uma cozinha relativamente equipada, uma sala e o quarto é grande e confortável, assim como o banheiro. Ficamos apenas uma noite para pegar o ferry logo cedo, então o staff preparou um café da manhã to go, foram muito simpáticos

Podłoga wymaga porządnego umycia. W momencie, gdy chciałam posprzątać piach z plaży po przetarciu podłogi momentalnie ścierka była szara. Wskazuje to na powierzchowne sprzątanie nacodzień,
