Adjacent parking. Excellent breakfast. Beautiful presentation of the food which was high quality and with vast selection and choice. Good location for old town and very windy beach. Free popcorn in reception was fun idea.

Cons:

Very poor check in. No information given about the hotel or breakfast or the area, no sense of any welcome, no pre check in information sent about garage parking even though pre-booked so they knew we wanted it. Check out with different staff member equally poor. No questions about if we'd enjoyed our stay etc. Just didn't engage at all. Nowhere comfortable to sit for an evening drink....we tried but the barman was equally indifferent and the lighting was too bright for any sort of evening atmosphere so we had one drink and gave up. Sadly our experience did not match the high cost paid.

Top-Hotel, uneingeschränkt empfehlenswert
Pros:

Wir besuchen dieses Hotel immer wieder. Wenn wir Lust auf eine kleine Auszeit bekommen, fahren wir nach Tarifa und buchen ein Zimmer in diesem Hotel, sofern verfügbar. Das Hotel hat in den Jahren, in denen wir es besuchen, nichts an Qualität verloren, es wird stets in Schuss gehalten, renoviert, modernisiert. Das Personal ist professionell, nett und hilfsbereit. Besonders im Restaurant, beim Frühstück, aber auch abends wird man immer gut bedient, ein Lächeln gibt es kostenfrei dazu. Das Frühstück ist bombastisch, die tolle Auswahl führt regelmäßig dazu, dass wir uns etwas übernehmen, allerdings ist es eine sehr gute Basis für den Tag in Tarifa. Auch die Tatsache, dass das Hotel eine eigene Tiefgarage hat, ist in Tarifa nicht zu vernachlässigen, denn nach freien Parkplätzen sucht man sonst in der Nähe der Altstadt und des Hafens lange. Was noch? Die Dachterrasse mit Pool und einem Hammerblick auf den Hafen, die Straße von Gibraltar und Marokko ist top. Leckere Cocktails runden es dort ab. Tief unter dem Hotel findet man den schönen Spa-Bereich. Der Entspannung dort stehen nur evtl. andere Hotelgäste entgegen…

Cons:

Mir fällt echt nichts ein, sonst würde ich das Hotel nicht immer wieder buchen.

Lovely Oasis In Tarifa
Pros:

This hotel was a lovely oasis in Tarifa! We were in town to take a day journey into Morocco, so this location was perfect for us to catch the ferry, as it is right next to the harbor area. It has lovely atmophere, with comfy rooms and great service. The restaurant was good for dinner, and great for breakfast. And they have free entertainment some evenings - we got to enjoy flamenco one of the nights we were there. Would recommend this hotel if you are in the area!
