L'assenza dell'abatjour o luce soffusa da poter usare dal letto, assenza di un interruttore della luce centrale da poter spegnere stando a letto, impossibilità di gestire l'aria condizionata in camera e neppure dalla reception, in remoto; ci era stato detto che era stata spenta ma continuava a soffiare aria a 22 gradi, abbiamo individuato la leva elettrica dal quadro ed abbiamo disalimentato il condizionatore dopo inutili telefonate alla reception: l'incaricata ci ha detto, alla seconda chiamata, che aveva spento e che non poteva darci retta avendo clienti in reception, come dire che noi non lo eravamo. Mancavano le saponette, per lavare le mani, lì per lì, si è usato lo shampoo-doccia, l'acqua del lavabo non scorreva bene e non ci è stato fornito alcun consiglio nel prenotare la camera, tramite booking, essendo già sul posto, e che avremmo voluto prima visionare, o quanto meno vederne una come tipologia, per poi selezionarla. Ho selezionato quella 3 letti, pur essendo in due persone, pensando fosse più grande e invece era soltanto più invasa e con meno spazio per muoversi

struttura molto accogliente e ben curata, personale molto gentile e reception h24 disponibile a qualsiasi esigenza…colazione a buffet molto fornito con moltissime varietà tra dolce e salato; stanza pulita e ben insonorizzata ben godersi al meglio il soggiorno senza eventuali fastidi.

Wir haben im Break Hotel ohne Frühstück übernachtet. Der Empfang war freundlich, das war leider auch das einzig wirklich Positive.

Die Lage ist praktisch für eine Zwischenübernachtung, da das Hotel direkt an der Autobahn liegt.

Cons:

Die Zimmer entsprachen absolut nicht den Bildern bei Booking.com. Entweder stammen die Fotos von ganz neuen Zimmern oder sie sind schlicht veraltet. Unser Zimmer war schmuddelig, abgewohnt und wenig gepflegt. Der Kühlschrank funktionierte kaum, und insgesamt hatte das Ganze eher den Charakter eines Motels als eines 4‑Sterne-Hotels.

Die Zimmer sind extrem hellhörig, man hört deutlich, wenn der Nachbar spricht oder morgens sein Wecker klingelt. Auch die Sauberkeit liess zu wünschen übrig, was das Ganze noch unangenehmer machte.

Die Lage ist praktisch für eine Zwischenübernachtung, da das Hotel direkt an der Autobahn liegt, allerdings in einem Industriegebiet, also sicher nicht idyllisch oder ruhig.

Fazit: Für uns war das ein 2‑Sterne-Erlebnis, mehr leider nicht. Wenn man nur kurz übernachten will und keine Ansprüche hat, mag es reichen, wir würden aber nicht wiederkommen.

Für Inbetriebnahme, wenn man im Hotel nur schlafen und duschen will, hats gepasst.
