PIRE HOTEL QUE JE NAI JAMAIS EU.
Arrive à l’hôtel dans l’après midi, présence d’un cafard dans la chambre : nous change de chambre nous dit qu’il n’a jamais eu ce genre de « bête » dans l’établissement. Autre chambre qui avez une très forte odeur et on a vu sortir une dame avec une bombe sens bon… demande de changement. Nous re change de chambre qui a l’air ok. Après une douche prise des dixaines de petits cafards dans la salle de bain !!!! Il était à ce moment là 20h.
Nous propose ENCORE une autre chambre : va dans la chambre seul avec une bombe anti insecte sauf qu’on le voit et quand on va voir la chambre présence de caca de cafards !!!! INNACEPTABLE !!!
Cerise sur le gâteau refuse de nous rembourser cette nuit la (nous rembourse quand même les 2 autres) car si on voulait un remboursement il fallait partir avant 16h. Obligé de trouver un autre hôtel à 21h, ne veut pas nous prêter son téléphone pour appeler des hôtels. Ne nous paye pas le taxi pour le changement. Aucun geste commercial.
Pour votre santé, votre hygiène n’allait JAMAIS dans cette hôtel car on a vu dans plusieurs chambres des dames de ménage sortir et faire rentrer des clients après avoir mit la bombe anti cafard….

Pros:

Great customer service. Staff very friendly and helpful. Room was cleaned daily. Rooftop bar overlooks the bay.

Cons:

A location from which you only need to get around by Uber. Khem Beach and Sunset Town pretty close and acceptable.

Pros:

Bon séjour dans l’ensemble. La chambre était propre et le lit confortable. Le personnel était aimable. Petit point d’amélioration : un souci avec la wifi. Sinon, très bon rapport qualité-prix.

Cons:

Problème de connexion, le réseau wifi est très lent voir inexistant.

Очень уютный отель. Персонал очень обходителен. Снимали отель на маленький срок. Понравился ресторан ,который находится на 5 этаже...комфортно и вкусно. Очень красивый вид с террасы.

На 5 этаже ресторан, завтраки платные но хорошие
Ужинали один раз! Средний чек 350000 на персону, порции хорошие! Есть бильярд!

Cons:

По приходу не работал сейф и телевизор! Быстро всё заменили! Спасибо девочке на ресепшен
Курить нельзя в номерах, есть балкон на этаже! Мы были на втором этаже!!!
Но будьте аккуратней с обратной стороны нет ручки( я не увидел и закрылся, хорошо девочка шла и помогла открыть🤣)

Pros:

Хороший отель. Большой номер, удобная кровать. Уборка каждый день. Персонал на ресепшене хоть немного понимает наглийский.
Хороший ресторан на крыше. С него красивый вид на канатную дорогу и залив. Пляжа нет.

Cons:

Расположение очень плохое. Деревня шумная, постоянно мопеды и байки мотаются по дороге не пройти грязно. Негде поесть. Даже если купить что-то из морепродуктов на рынкн, негде приготовить.. зато видно салют из Сансет таун.
