eine Gefahr für Gesundheit und Hygiene

Dieses Hotel ist in seinem aktuellen Zustand absolut nicht bewohnbar.

Cons:

Unser Aufenthalt im Hotel AlAbin war ein absoluter Schock und in keiner Weise akzeptabel. Das Zimmer war massiv von Kakerlaken befallen an den Wänden, auf dem Boden, im Bett und im gesamten Badezimmer. Eine derart extreme Hygieneverletzung ist völlig unentschuldbar.

Hinzu kam ein penetranter, fauliger Geruch, der das Zimmer unerträglich machte. Die Bedingungen waren so katastrophal, dass wir keine 10 Minuten bleiben konnten und das Hotel sofort verlassen mussten. Unsere geplanten zwei Übernachtungen waren unter diesen Umständen unmöglich.

Dieses Hotel stellt eine ernsthafte hygienische Zumutung dar. Wir raten dringend davon ab, hier zu buchen, bis grundlegende und umfassende Reinigungs und Schädlingsbekämpfungsmaßnahmen durchgeführt wurden.

Cons:

Sporco. Al mio arrivo mi hanno dato una camera usata da altre persone. Ho preso un'altro hotel a Sofia. Ho chiesto il rimborso ma il proprietario non ne ha voluto sapere. Hotel da evitare.
