Pros:

I think it's a pretty complete hotel; the rooms are super clean, safe, and above all, stylish. I liked the benefit of being taken to the consulate for the appointment completely free of charge.

La habitación nos pareció un poco reducida en tamaño para una familia de 3. Considero que es un buen lugar para aquellas personas que van de trabajo.
La habitación y los pasillos se encontraban limpios y el personal fue muy amable en la recepción.

El área de comedor es amplia y tiene acceso directo a la plaza comercial

Exageradamente sucio desde su entrada por la calle, sus cuartos súper sucios, los baños asquerosísimos, solo una sábana para cubrirte, sin colcha, literalmente solo la sábana que cubre cubre el colchón, toallas apestosas, sinceramente muy sucio.

El hotel justo está a lado de Galerías Mérida. Tienes todos a las tienes a tus pies. Recomiendo quedarte aquí. Muy cerca del Consulado de EU.
