To reach the property: when coming from the South, drive through Toscolano Maderno. Do not go up towards Cecina at the first intersection, instead go towards Gargnano and turn left at the sign. Then follow indications for the hotel. When coming from the North, turn right after the Toscolano Maderno sign and follow indications for the hotel.Please inform of your expected arrival time in advance. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly using the contact details in your confirmation.

Für ein All inclusive Angebot ein wirklich tolles Hotel in bombastischer Lage.
Pros:

Wir sind gefühlt 15 x im Piccolo und wissen was uns erwartet. Wir fühlten uns dort wirklich sehr wohl. Das Essen mit dem tollen Vorspeisenbuffet und den vielen wirklich sehr guten Zwischenmahlzeiten entsprach uns total. Mit dem All inclusive Service konnten wir uns, zusätzlich zu den Hauptmahlzeiten von 10.00 bis 22.00 Uhr mit Kaffee, Eis, Bier, Wein, Softgetränken, Drinks absolut wertig versorgen.
Das Servicepersonal, besonders Daniele, und das ganze Rezeptionsteam, besonders Renato, war stets freundlich und um eine saubere und gepflegte Versorgung bemüht. Danke, wir kommen wieder!

Cons:

Das Hotel ist in die Jahre gekommen. Terrassenfließen defekt. Fließen im Pool vor dem Hotel sollten dringend erneuert werden. Grüner Teppich vor dem Hotel unansehnlich, Teppiche in den Gängen müssten erneuert werden. Kugelleuchtmittel (5 defekt) überprüfen und die kaputten Palmen beseitigen. Die Halterungen der Sonnenschirme sind zu leicht, dadurch fallen die Schirme häufig um und gehn schnell kaputt. Durch All inclusive leider viel Wegwerfgeschirr unterm Tag. Pierro ist uns abgegangen.

Es war ein sehr schöner Urlaub mit kleinen Nebengeräuschen.

Cons:

Bisher kannten wir das Hotel ohne Hunde.
Mit den vielen Hunden war es im Hotel nicht so angenehm.

Sehr gelungener Urlaub mit Enkel (11), Preis / Leistung sehr gut!
Pros:

Die Lage der Anlage ist wunderschön. Direkt über dem See, im Hintergrund die Berge. Das Zimmer zum See mit Balkon, schön. Die Pools sauber, der auf dem Dach des Hauptgebäudes ein Traum. Achtung nicht für Kinder unter 16

Cons:

Die Rezeption ist im Hauptgebäude, beim entladen des Gepäcks in den Nebengebäuden herrscht teilweise etwas Platzmangel

Viešbutis labai geras. Maisto daug visą dieną. Alus, vynas ir visi gaivieji gėrimai neribojami nuo 10 iki 22 val. Kokteiliai keli per dieną įskaičiuoti. Maistas skanus. Yra vaisiai.

Für ein paar Tage ganz erholsam

Ein schönes Hotel in toller Lage mit einem Blick auf den Ser. Drei Pools die sich aif mehrere Etagen verteilen, für kids aber auch adults only. Gute Parkmöglichkeiten
Durch das all inclusive concept stehen immer kalte Getränke wie wasser, cola-lime, Bier und Wein zur Verfügung. Das zimmer, das wir hatten war großzügig, mit einem kleinen aber ausreichendem Balkon mit zwei Sitzgelegenheiten
Es gab keinerlei Ungeziffer, alles technische wie Klimaanöage etc. hat problemlos und gut funktioniert.

Cons:

Die Anfahrt ist schon machbar, es ist eng, aber es gibt Ausweichstellen.Das Personal war meistens nett, manchmal aber auch etwas genervt, was bei diesem Durchsatz an Gästem ja oft nicht ausbleibt. Das Hotel ist sehr groß, verteilt sich aber auf mehrere Gebäude. Das Frühstück war okay, man hat auch etwas frisches und Proteinreicheres gefunden. Die Snacks waren okay. Das Mittagessen konnten wir nur einmal mitmachen, fand es aber das beste von allen. Das vitello tonnato war sehr lecker 🙂. Zum abendessen wählt man von drei ersten Gängen und drei Hauptgängen aus, das Dessert ist fix. Man wird satt, es schmeckt okay, aber einen gewissen Kantinencharakter wird man nicht los, was vlt. aber auch teilweise an der eher grellen Beleuchtung und fehlenden Blümchen/Kerzen am Tisch liegt. Die hier oft kritisierten Plastikteller gab es nur zu den Snacks, was ich, da diese oft an Pool mitgenommen werden, okay fande.Anonsten normales Geschirr.

Personnel aux petits soins et très aimable !
Les 3 piscines avec vue 😍

Cons:

Les repas étaient très bons mais nous aurions vraiment apprécié beaucoup plus de spécialités italiennes.

Non è un hotel da 4 stelle

Le piscine, la vista lago, la camera molto spaziosa, la disponibilità per tutto il giorno di cibo e bevande

Cons:

Per essere un 4 stelle mi aspettavo qualcosa di meglio. Non usano l'aria condizionata nei luoghi comuni, quindi tutte le porte aperte e quindi mosche e vespe ovunque, anche sul cibo, senza contare che la sera nella sala ristorante si muore di caldo. Servizio serale lento. Pulizia migliorabile. Strutturato male. A pranzo devi fare avanti e indietro per prendere da bere nei distributori perché ci sono solo bicchieri di plastica. Se dopo pranzo vuoi un amaro è impossibile averlo perché il barman non c'è quasi mai. Dovrebbero proprio rivedere tutta l'organizzazione e prestare maggior attenzione.

La posizione è parecchio fuori, non c'è nulla da fare nei dintorni, solo con la macchina devi muoverti e la strada per arrivarci è parecchio stretta
